Easy Parking Reservations
I like that I can use the parking app to store my car and payment info so I don’t have to input it every time. I like that I get email receipts and text updates of how much time is left and to add more time if needed. The QR code is easy to scan and goes directly to my reservation.

The good, the bad, and the . . . .
I disliked arriving for a dinner reservation 10 minutes ahead of time, finding out that I had to complete an online parking application, having to have my wife take my phone and complete the information because the print was too small to read and I cannot type fast with two thumbs. The dinner reservation was for a Japanese omakase style dinner so we had to be punctual or else upset the chefs. This added stress to what was supposed to be a relaxing and enjoyable event. So that was a strong dislike. I liked that you accept Apple Pay, and that additional time could be added to the time allotment very easily and that there were text message alerts about the time allotment expiring.

I don't understand why the signage in…
I don't understand why the signage in the parking garage had me scan the QR which then clearly stated 2hrs and under FREE. Then when I was prompted to input my time frame which was under 2 hours, I was charged 35 cents? Can you explain?

Not sure to be honest
I don’t remember if it was good or bad to be honest currently this is l my first time that so will be a financial delinquent in the eyes of the government so I am not allowed to drive. If I had a taxi to take me I would be happy to write a more accurate and memorable review.

Easy to use but double check the details
It was pretty easy to use but since I have parked with a different car, it defaulted to that one. I couldn’t edit once I confirmed so I needed to redo my parking request twice.
Also, that site doesn’t have clearly marked zones.
In short, it is convenient but a little hard to figure out if you don’t use it often
