Easy to use garage and convenient to Johns Hopkins

Easy entry and departure

I planned to stay at the nearby "The Study" hotel for 8 nights. And so I signed up for 8 nights of parking. Alas, the hotel was not suitable and I checked out after one night. But, although I requested a refund from the Car Parking, none was forthcoming. So, I'd be wary of committing to a stay of several days if you are not certain of your stay. Also, we encountered a suspicious person when we first parked there at night. We were afraid we might be attacked. There is no obvious security here.

There is no cellular while in the garage. Had to go to nearby hotel to pay. Terrible

License plate based entrance and exit was easy.

Even though I downloaded the app, I had to re enter the information each time I used it. Also, once I tried to extend the time and it kept giving me an error. I’m sure I’m going to get a fine for that. Not a good experience

This last weekend was my daughter's wedding weekend and all the guests had to use this facility or park on the street. Unfortunately my son was double charged for the two days he was there and despite multiple attempts to reach someone to sort this out, there were no responses from you to his calls or emails. This was rather disappointing as there is no support when you need it. Buyer beware!

The day we arrived, the parking app was not working properly. It was not clear that we could park and pay later. Also, there was a sign stating that pedestrians were not allowed on the ramp; however, how were we to retrieve our vehicle? In order to enter from the elevator on the second floor (which is where we exited), we needed an access key!

It was easy to pay for parking. Extending parking was harder. It said it had extended my time but then I got a notice that my time had expired.

Overall experience is good. I was able to pay for 2 day in advance and every time leaving the garage there was a text message. After the time is up, also got a confirmation message.

Instructions for using the app confusing and contradictory. I ended up booking a parking session I didn't need and dind't use. Fix your signs.

Could not pay in the garage. No internet there. Kept getting message text with license plate number did not go through. QR code did not work. Hotel had to take care of it.

Downloaded the app and it was difficult to book. Ended up texting and got a link from the parking and that worked.

Paying for parking was easy and fast. I scanned the QR code, selected my parking time, and paid.

So easy because you can come and go with no passes or gates to go through.

Very confusing and with no personal to speak with, I tried my best to pay and be honest but I still am worried I’ll be billed more, won’t park here again.

Simple easy to use payment system, easy in and out, clean premises

My first time with this kind of payment. Poor signage. Unclear. Could not get a web or phone connection so I couldn’t pay by text or on the website. Nothing telling me I could pay later. All the signs indicated fee should be paid before leaving or I would get a citation.
