I pre paid, went to use my QR code, wouldn’t work, there were cars behind me, so I ended up having to pay AGAIN! So parking cost me $50. Never again.

The parking qr code never works north garage

1. Bar code scan does not always work.
2. I prepaid to check in at 7am arrived at 6:58 and bar code would not work. Backed out ( since thankfully no one behind me) waited til 7:01am and it worked.
3. I prepaid to check in at 8am and out by 6pm then needed to shift time to 7 am to 5pm no easy way to do that so I had to cancel and create a new reservation.
4. Not enough handicap parking
5. Overall seems to be a real pain each day

Quick and Easy

Getting in and out of the garage was effortless. And everyone was very accommodating and kind.

One of the employees at the garage could have been more respectful and patient. The employee was rude and hung up on me without helping me.

Always reliable and affordable when reserving a parking spot in short notice! Parking.com is my go to app when heading into the office.

Could not scan in or out of the parking garage. Thankfully a friendly worker helped me to exit so that I did not have to pay twice.

Will not use the prepaid option again or recommend to others.

Please add rates if someone goes beyond the time scheduled. For instance, I scheduled 12pm-4pm but was leaving at 4:13pm and got $8 additional charge, if I knew I would've reserved parking upto 5pm.

Parking entry was fast and convenient. Close to event at Newport Green Park/waterfront. Exiting deck took more than 30 minutes as there was only one exit with two gates available.

Twice my ticket didn’t work at the garage. Customer service was not so good either, I had to call three times, after being left on hold until I got disconnected…. Twice, to get someone who would refund the two charges.

Great place and worthy to park

The prepaid QR didn’t work when I got to the 561 Washington Blvd garage. I wasn’t able to get through to help either and had to get a normal ticket which costed $8 more! Customer services refunded me the $19.99 prepaid amount when I explained what happened but that still left $8 short as I had to pay more.

Reserved and pre paid for parking, and we arrived at the lot the the machine would not accept either the print out of our ticket or the e-mail version. The attendant said he couldn’t help us, we would need to call a customer service number. We ended up having to pay for parking a second time on the spot.

The voucher sent was not very clear. Did not clearly state scan on entry. I therefore took a ticket and had to repay for parking.

Getting the pass was like pulling teeth. I'm still not sure if I am good to go or not. On a side note the employees at the Garage are very helpful and understanding. took the time walking me thru the process of entering and exiting the garage and explaining everything in great detail.
Now back to actually getting the parking pass, I'm confused still on pricing if I could actually use more than one car (i don't see why not) i own more than one car but I can only drive one at a time to work...duh!
This is a necessary evil unfortunately when working in a concrete jungle, parking is a must have. I only wish it was a smoother process than what I am currently experiencing.
Originally this was a 3 star review. But once again the employees from the garage reached out to me directly, addressed my concerns and put me at ease. A little one on one can definitely change ones mindset. Again I commend the attitude and helpfulness I received. Nothing but good things to say.

No support from Parking. Com. Dont buy passes from here.
