The lot was pretty enter and exit. The kiosks was not as easy or quick to use. It would not be safe after dark to have cash or cards displayed.

We walked up and followed instructions…
We walked up and followed instructions by using our cell phone. It was confusing because other people that paid with the machine got a ticket to put in the window but we did not. We were worried that we didn’t have one and could be towed because that was unclear that we didn’t need one. Also it asked how much time we needed and then charged us. Had to pay the same amount for one hour extension that we did for two hour initial choice. Would be nice to get a estimate of cost based on how many hours as we would have chosen a longer initial time than paying more to extend. Machine and sign were very clean and well maintained. Parking lot looked welcoming and was conveniently located

The general idea with the app is good…
The general idea with the app is good but just for future reference you need to modify and change your app just a little bit because it is not very streamlined nor is it user friendly. I am fluent in computers and apps and technology and I struggle just a little bit with your app to make it work correctly. If you resolve those problems you'll have a winner at that point.
but until you simplify and streamline to make it more user-friendly it will continue to be a hassle.

We parked here for our cruise on August…
We parked here for our cruise on August 29th. Everyone was friendly and helpful getting us all to the port. We had an issue on our cruise and were delayed returning. Everyone was so helpful and made sure everything was taken care of until we were able to get back and pick up our car. They will be our go to place when we sail out of Galveston.
