Your credit card swipe option didn’t work — which caused a huge jam in the parking garage. Why make it difficult for me to give you money????? That’s truly the ONE thing that needs to work in a parking garage. Join 2025 get a tap to pay. Given the prices to park, I’m more than positive y’all have the funds to do so

Paid for oversized vehicle, which says can fit SUV over 75 inches tall. Entrance has a 6 foot clearance bar.

I cancelled my planning of visiting & didn't park my vehicle. Still I didn't receive my parking fees

Price was about half the full rate and the scan QR code worked just fine.

Mostly my good experience booking online and saving some money. Difficult to find the entrance to the garage the next day which is on a different street. No good markings and never found it so I walked up the drive to the garage where you drive in. I was fine work it but apparently you’re not supposed to walk there.

Parkin garage is conveniently located, property is clean mostly, and had no issue with pre-booked reservation upon entry and exit.

Would recommend.

Easy to use. There were a few cars that parked in two spots which made it difficult to find a spot. Not parking.com's issue.

We found the a spot easily. The garage was close to where we wanted to be.

I was charged $16 for 15 minutes. Just a bit late getting to the car. Ridiculous. Horrible Service!

Booked in advance and saved a lot of money.

I got a good price! But within an hour of making my reservation, my plans got canceled. I wrote an email (the only way to contact the company) asking for a refund or credit. I received an automated message saying that someone would be in touch soon.

Over 48 hours later, I have not been contacted, nor have I received a refund or credit.

Gate did not open. I attempted to call the support number and no one answered. I also contacted via email about a refund and no response was given or a refund.

It’s all good just kind of hard to find parking at times, due to other shared parking uneven in spots but overall a good parking lot to choose.

Much easier than expected to enter and exit with the bar code. Plenty of parking available as well.

Looked as if security patrolled the lot.

Easy and convenient

Bait and switch on fees . Prepaid $5 for two hours. Charged another $13 when we were 39 minutes late. No way to extend on the app. No information about this or anyway to contact. Avoid this company.
