Parking system is inefficient and a burden to consumers
Using this system is completely inefficient. You have to scan the QR code, know your license plate number, fumble for your credit card to input, then get to the office where you are going and scan the QR comp code. It is a burden just so the owner can make more money.

Never want to use a website to pay again but otherwise fine
Is there some way that these types of payment options can be given an option for physical payment methods? Ignoring for the moment that I was lucky that I decided to bring my phone on the day I had to use this payment method, I had to walk around the parking lot a bit before I had enough service to connect to the website in order to make my payment, where I had to manually enter my card info. I’m sure as a company you are doing your best to make this process as painless as possible, but what was the rationale for even making this type of payment not only available but required? I have never encountered this type of payment anywhere where I was glad to see it. Every time I encounter it with friends or family it leads to extensive swearing, usually because it’s in the middle of nowhere and nobody has service. I write this review not to criticize you as a company, since I know this is what you do, but just because I can’t bring myself to give this a decent review. My experience was bad. My experience with every “go to a website and spend several minutes filling out info so you can pay us $4 and then never use our particular brand again because there’s about 80 different providers for this service in the area” parking payment is bad.
If you would prefer constructive criticism, since I know I’ve wasted some poor customer service person’s time by sending in a general complaint about your existence, I will say that the wording about needing to go inside a store to get parking confirmation was unclear. The payment went through fine without needing confirmation and I wasn’t able to understand what that part of the instructions was for or whether it was actually needed. Otherwise the instructions were pretty good, good job.
Charged with validation code
Had a validation code from a business - it said I could put it in on the next screen but it took all my card info, charged my card then declined the validation code on the last screen (after I was charged)

Total pain.
Insufficient signage
Insufficient signage. Tiny sign at entrance, blocked by tree branches. One sign on wall three spaces down. If my friend had not told me about the paid parking app I might have been towed and fined. If I had seen the first sign I would have parked elsewhere.
