The parking spot was located in a convenient location and paying for parking was very easy.

It SUCKS trying to get ahold of these people!!!!!
I have been on hold for a half hour, and I’m always on hold trying to get ahold of these People, it’s ridiculous! I keep on waiting for them to give me a call back and they never do, I tried doing this on my lunch break during work and nothing…. It’s like they don’t want me to pay the parking ticket or something.

Still got parking violation even though my exit time was 6/25/24 5:15. A day and a half after my violation was given.

No signs posted showing the parking rates.

Incredibly expensive, imo. Almost 8 bucks for 2 hours in downtown San Antonio on a Saturday with very few cars around.

Simple process, reasonably priced!! Loved that you can choose your hours and that you sent reminders of my time expiration and given the opportunity to extend the time if needed. Y'all are awesome and other parking lots should look to your company on how run the company with excellent customer service

Much too pricey. $20 for 2 hours in an unguarded lot is ridiculous

I received an invalid violation and cannot get any further information on it. I have submitted a dispute and have not received an undate on it. The violation shows one (1) photo on file yet there are two (2) photos online and the second one is not my vehicle, my vehicle does not have any neon lights.

The app interface was easier to use than similar apps. Always a good thing when all you want to do is park the car and get on your way!

QR Code worked great and payment and parking options were easy to do.

Experience was terrible someone broke into my car this location is not secure not even a little bit. I recommend taking an Uber to anywhere you may have to use this service. And if you have already arrived and found that you need to use this service go home and Uber back but do not leave your car here.
