This company is robbing the public. I was there for exactly 2 hours, left at exactly the 2 hour mark, and was charged for parking when the posted sign at the entrance says 2 hours free. Princess B. At their customer service answered my email and said this parking garage allows 1 hour 45 minutes free, not 2 hours, which is contrary to the posted sign. You cannot rob the public like this. They have even assessed me a $25 late fee. I’m not in the wrong here.

I gave it 3 stars because the parking in this particular building was very limited.

I have been a resident at the apartments where this garage is located for over 2 years and have not had any issues, except for when I need to contact anyone at SP Plus Parking or Parking.com. When it comes to issuing tickets/citations, they are on point in getting them out to you fast. But if you ever need to speak to someone regarding an error or the need to register a vehicle, be prepared to wait and never get anyone's assistance. I have also asked other residents about their experience in registering a vehicle and their experience is identical to mine in that it has taken weeks to receive a response. Terrible response times and customer care. Awful!

Was charged $18 for parking at the Dallas Farmers Market garage when I was only there for a little over an hour. The sign and app said the first 2 hours are free and I have yet to get a hold of anyone for a refund. Be careful if you're parking at the Farmers Market or just do your best to avoid using the garage.

Imy toll tag was automatically charged even though I went to a ticket only booth to pull a ticket. With a ticket my parking would have been comped by the hotel where the conference was at.

If I could give zero I would. I shouldn’t never been charged. Called to get a refund and got an email about a refund but. Ever got the refund. Customer service phone number has the WORST customer service!!!

Signs for parking were easy to follow and instructions were straight forward

Parking fee was very acceptable to be able to enjoy a fun time at the farmers market without spending so much on parking!
