bad experience. The code scan did not work and I spent more than 1 hour waiting for someone to help me get out of the parking lot.

Easy to get in and out of. Parked on the level I pulled into so I didn’t have to drive down several levels. It’s a little bit of a walk to Nissan Stadium but I’m old and fat so I needed the walk! Coming from Hermitage it was on my side of the city so very convenient.

Felt safe. Security person on duty

Used parking areas several times over a long weekend. Areas were safe and secure. Garage closing time on parking ticket was incorrect on one night and another night we purchased "Event Parking" that expired before the event was over when it could have just lasted until the closing time of the garage. Ended up having to purchase an exit pass to get out of the garage but did get reimbursed weeks later after submitting all paperwork.

I paid the fee for the venue. Due to whether delay the concert went over by 15 minutes. I had to pay another $25 to exit the building. No attendant on site so the only way to get out was pay another fee. Very disappointed. Had to pay $45 when it should only been $20.

Easy to use. Great way to secure parking.

Arrival was easy and plenty of available parking. However, coming back the garage was locked. We used an intercom to speak to the security guard who could not open the door. He asked us to walk around to the lobby where we were let in and then we took rhe elevator down to the parking.

Parking Garage was an empty leveled lot.
We paid over $40 for two cars to park.
We didn't receive a scannable email code with purchase as normal with parking.com, contacted customer service, they said garage had a license plate reader, later received email, was told reader wasn't available and to put a receipt on my dash. None of these were true. Had to park in another lot. Expecting a refund. We were entertaining out of town guests, their first time in Nashville.

Easy, convenient, reasonably priced!
