Paid about $40 10 hours, still got a ticket somehow. Highly advise against parking here. Thanks guys, I’m probably not gonna pay the ticket anyways.

It was easy to use
It was easy to use, scan the QR code, pick the amount of time, and pay. My car info was already in the system so very quick. It messaged me when my time was close if I wanted to extend (I had already left so I was good).

Cumbersome
This was my first time with the system.
It was a very cumbersome and picky process.It took about 10 minutes to complete. It wasn't obvious how to fill out the form. I kept making mistakes and having to go back and correct them. If the form was simplified and more obvious it would be easier.
I hope I never have to use it again.

Watch out for tickets
Paid about $40 10 hours, still got a ticket somehow. Highly advise against parking here. Thanks guys, I’m probably not gonna pay the ticket anyways.

Charged rate differs from posted rate
Posted rate was $2 per hour, but the app charged me a bit over $5 for one hour

While I was disappointed I never heard…
While I was disappointed I never heard back from parking.com in two emails regarding fairly critical matters, I was happy that my car was not towed when we went to pick it up.
