The parking app is dreadful
The parking app is dreadful. Terrible UX. Requires signing up for an account. It took me an hour to figure out how to pay $4. It’s slow. Doesn’t accept Apple Pay. Stores my credit card!

The QR code at the station gave us a website that was having technical difficulties and would not let us pay the fee it took us almost an hour to actually pay it, plus no one answered the phone for customer service

The app is extremely glitchy. I had to try 5 times for the app to accept my entries for all of the data and take the payment. It took me 45 minutes to get it to work, making me fear that I would get a ticket before I could pay. I also couldn't figure out at all how to pay online without the app. Very frustrating!
