I am a lecturer at the University of…
I am a lecturer at the University of Akron and I am quite disappointed by your services, as in fact, there are no actual services provided by your company.
Specifically, you have no live, human attendant present on campus to handle technical issues with your software and ability to pay timely for parking availability.
Additionally, when folks pay for parking they are paying for an actual SERVICE, in which, some form of surveillance and protection of your automobile is present. Not only is this lacking, there is no indication that you will actually hire somebody to complete the task.
What services are we paying for when we park in your garage?
Lastly, your company has done NOTHING to remove the previous signage with regards to the payment format, which, inherently provides confusion for your customers. Do I scan the QR code on the small signs? Or, do I pay the automated ticket machine at the entrance and exit of the parking garage? Why is there nobody in the gatehouse?
And, since the gates are always suspended in the open position, the casual customer will assume that there is no actual charge for the day.
You provide no identifiable service, hire no regular attendant and have no clear signage for a clear payment format. As such, your company represents all that is wrong with the rise of "tech industries" that provide no identifiable service to our University besides to blindly procure profit.

Well, this is the third time I've attempted to use it and it did finally work. The sign said $6 for 4 hours, the app said I was parking for 3hr & 55 min, & charged me over $8... I don't know if there's a service fee or not, but whatever, already feel like I'm getting ripped off.

We are already paying for dance…
We are already paying for dance classes. Classes that last year included a parking pass. To now have to pay, even if it's only $3 or $4 is petty.
