Was in walking distance of the event center.

Too much detail required to pay for parking

It was effortless to find a lot and park and pay initially. I thought we were going to have to extend the time Sunday morning and I found that difficult to do. Luckily, in downtown Omaha, Sunday parking is free.

It was more expensive than street parking.
Too many steps to complete.
Wanted too much personal info
There was a gentleman to help, otherwise would not have stayed in the lot

The cost to park for 1 hour is outrageous charging as if it were a secure lot… worst ever -5 star

Very expensive! More than $5/hour after fees. And there was a bus from the “Gentleman’s Club “ parked in the lot with its “ladies” trying to pick up men. Not impressed.

Easy to pay and ensure I had sufficient time allocated for my shopping and dining experience! Super efficient process, secure, and appreciative of the notification when my selected time had 30 minutes remaining allowing me to either extend or complete my visit.

The attendant was very helpful. Would of given it 5 stars, but the fee is higher than most parking spots downtown.

Sorta spendy to park just so we could have lunch at Spaghetti Works ! Food was excellent and we didn’t have time to look around cuz we had to get back on the road .

Extending my parking for 1 hour cost me the same amount as paying for the first 2 hours.
$23 for 3 hours of parking in Omaha is outrageous.
I wont be back to Omaha anytime soon

Being honest. Costs are too high. If we were to park in a city meter stall, it would be a fraction of the costs. Tight fit trying to get in and out of lot with a full size vehicle.

I paid for a two hour stay about $11.50. Well I only needed another 15 mins extended so I could make it out of a restaurant and I was charged another $11.50 for only 15 mins! Shouldn’t have been that much for 15 mins!

If I could give this a 0 I would - created an account, paid and it wouldn't accept payment after multiple tries. Had to create another generic account for it to go through. Thoroughly frustrating, like there was now QA done with this app.

Double charged. Company could not care less- told me to deal with my credit card company. Didn’t even make the slightest attempt to fix the problem.

It's so expensive for just an hour when other places is just a couple dollars for an hour. It was $11 for an hour and 45mins on Friday night. I just think that's a little much.

I was not familiar with this app and had some initial difficulty. I think I ended up paying twice for the same space. The lot itself was great and very convenient.

Easy to pay and park without a problem

Your website does not let me reset my password if I accidentally forgot it.
It just locks me out and doesn’t let me save my information. This stinks because I now have to enter ALL the information again and again each time I want to rent a space. That is a huge inconvenience and is UNACCEPTABLE
