If I could rate it a negative number I…
If I could rate it a negative number I would. I went to charge my vehicle, scanned the bar code and paid 18.99 for nothing. Did not get a code to charge!!! Called the help number, the rep told me to send an email with pictures of the location, which I did and I still have not gotten a reply. Very bad customer service. I ended up calling my bank and disputed the charge. Will not use this service again.

Over Charged for 4 hrs paid like $36 total
I feel I was over charged when it said on the sign that it was $19 something for the whole day and i had to pay that twist for 4 hours.

Pricey but convenient and in a safe area
Wish you had an option to pay for a portion of the day instead of $18 for the whole day. We only needed parking for 2 hours. It’s pricey but parking was in a safe area. Very convenient to pay and location was great.
