The options were not very clear and I ended up paying for 1 day instead of 3hrs. It was also difficult to have to walk all the way back to my car for the license plate number, I would suggest putting the QR code around the parking lot on the poles for easier experience for us who have children with us.1

What’s important for people to know: you must scan the (bar code, or whatever it’s called) and use your credit or debit card.

Great experience for early parking before the attendant arrives. Little hard to see the instructions and QR code as it was behind something...tree?

The attendant issued me a citation 8 minutes after I parked. I was unable to get a good reception for my phone. I had paid after I was able to establish a good WIFI about 10 minutes after I arrived. They did void the citation in the end, but it was a hassle for me. I will not use this parking area again. Pikes Peak Center temp parking lot.

It’s really hard to pay having your license plate # etc.

It was difficult to use and had to stand in the freezing cold to use it. Not a fan.

Found a parking spot. Walked to the sign; took a picture on how to pay for parking. Had to go a website and put in my credit card. Got out of my car to check my license plate. Got an error. Got out of my car to double check my license plate. At least the 15 minutes or so it took to pay for parking wasn't charged.

It is the first time using your parking site. I am 75 years old and have an iPhone and had to find a young person to help me through putting information into my phone. Took her telling me exactly what to do-which took about 10 minutes(standing the cold) to put all the information into my iPhone. I doubt I will use your lot again.

It was easy to use the texting instructions to pay for parking downtown at the event center. In less than 5 minutes we were all set!

Convenient parking place. The app allowed me to pay and move on to my destination. Very helpful.

I parked for the Mashall Tucker Band event in event parking and discovered that the concert had been canceled when I got to the door.
Parking.com refunded the parking fee in a timely manner.

The app was difficult to use because kept throwing error messages and requiring me to start the registration and pay process over, about 14 attempts were necessary. I parked at 6pm, and it worked at about 8pm.

Easy access to our car and very close to the entrance of the theater.

It was close to the hotel. And my truck had plenty of room. Worked out well.

It was easy to access the site to obtain my spot for the parking lot...instructions were very explicit and located in several locations surrounding the parking lot, on posted signs.

The parking was very good and will use it again. Not overly expensive. Seemed reasonable

too mush $$$ for empty lot, no lights, poor pavement/gravel
