It is a pain in the ass!!! Parking spots for Citibank should be free 30 minute limit spots without too much bull crap.

It was great to be able to park in a safe place. The fact that spots said reserved but you could still park there was unsettling.

The system is not good
It didn’t go well at one time. It kept telling me “try again” when I go to payment process. It was annoying me.
Parking time was over so I tried to register again, but it happened again and could not go well forever this time. So I didn’t have choice other than giving up registration, and they charged me! I know I could not register but how should I do if the process never go well.
