Good experience

I was charged $31 for 3 min. Of course not my fault. I’m in the wrong business.

there was no option to retrive my existing booking and extend it. I ended up paying parking amount twice. I called nobody picked and no callback was done even when promised by IVR.

I got 5 hr for 30 dollars and run out of time and got 2 more hrs for same time robbery 100 percent learn my lesson

I left an open air lot, not a garage because I had to move my car to another location for an event. Your manager Luis Leon, when I requested a refund, said I had to prove that I left the lot. How? It was an open air lot on the corner of westlake and thomas in Southlake Union neighborhood of Seattle. He said, you can't get a refund because SP doesn't give refunds. I emailed parking.com and NO ONE HAS RESPONDED TO ME. I will never give you lot a positive review. Bunch of thieves

Not your fault but access into lot is difficult from Westlake. Price is very expensive. Paid over $31.00 for less than 30 minutes. Also, having to use the phone is my last choice for ways to pay. I am glad it was there but will look for any other option next time.

I would you a zero if possible. There was no hourly rate posted. only thing was a monthly rate of $50. I figured for 30 minute it might be $7.50 or $10 but $32.
I am in Seattle often and will make sure I never use any of your facilities again!!
I will also tell all my customers not to use your facilities.

The price for 2 hours parking was simply outrageous. Nowhere was the hourly price posted and you don’t see it until you are ready to pay

I don't need to be emailed to review a parking lot payment website. I paid to park and my car wasn't towed.

Parking was way too expensive and I was forced to buy it due to time restraint. I will actively avoid parking here ever again.

Other than being near where I needed to be at a specific time. Parking is ridiculously expensive. I was there for only 30 minutes and still charged $31. Never parking there again.

The prices on the sign did not match the payment online. Would not park again.

Robbery! This is outrageous pricing.

The sign says $27 parking all day. But that's a lie. It's $32 to park for 1 hour.

I tried scanning the QR and the page was not working, I also had issues with the app for a few minutes.
