Great option for North Loop parking. Nice new, secure, clean ramp at a reasonable charge. App worked great for making advance parking reservation, scan in to park, scan to unlock access door when returning and scan to exit parking. Note: use elevator C for public parking access.

Went to the address, ended up being owned by a different company and couldn’t use the pass I paid for. 0/10

Cheap, safe, and close!

Parking in ramp was great. I pre paid and that worked wonderful. You MUST put a nice size sign on the road pointing to entrance. That was really really hard to find even with maps!!

Very small parking spaces and I was overcharged.

Bought the parking pass, had the access code, Drove around the parking ramp for 25 minutes looking for a spot. No spot available ( there were at least 10 cars following me doing the same thing. Finally gave up and had to park .5 mile further away from the stadium and arrived late to the game. I did call and get my money refunded but that is hardly the point. If I cant rely on having a parking space when I pay for one, why would I ever use your company again. I have NEVER had this problem with Parking Whiz.

The address for the parking ramp brought me to a store front. There was no ramp.

The online process was fine but when we got to the parking lot there was no way to scan the bar code I had. The kiosk was either coins or card so we wound up going elsewhere.

Easy to get in and out once you’re able to find the entrance

I couldn't get out. I waited ten minutes and tried to find helpers. I think pay going in and we go out with the gate up, especially after 11 p.m. OMG. It was terrible and will not use it again.

We sat in the ramp for an hour and a half to get out because the gates were not open to leave. Each driver had to stop to scan their ticket. By the time we got to the door we were charged $8 to get out because it was past the time on my event pre paid ticket. Scam!!

The app did not work as I expected it to and I ended up paying twice (2 X $20) for parking at a Twins' game. I thought I was paying in advance for a reserved slot but when I got to the ramp I had to pay again to enter. There is no direct way to contact management for a reimbursement. I am owed $20.

If i could of picked zero Stars i would have but i had to pick one to add a review. When I tried to use the app to go into the garage it kept saying invalid code. I tried at least 5 times. So I had to take a ticket to get in and pay for the parking. I called and got credited for the bad app the next day. Haven’t seen the credit yet. First time I used the app and the last,

The address given for the entrance to the parking ramp was wrong and I was not able to find the ramp. When I called to get help, the agent was very rude to me.

It was easy to schedule the times for my spot and complete the transaction. The pricing was fair and everything was really straightforward.

We were able to get into the facility but not out. We scanned our pass on the way out, but it kept requesting our credit card. Even though we tried to put our credit card in, it would not let us out. We had to have someone else hold the arm up so that we could get out! We had no assistance or no other way to deal with the problem.
