It was convenient, instruction was easy for first timers, I like the fact that there’sa reminder text when your time is up in case you need to stay longer you can add more time from your phone.

I never used the app before, so I had to ask a stranger to help me and then when I thought I needed more time before getting off work, I had to pay almost the same amount again. This was a bad experience

- Poor Internet access and bad lighting in garage
- Poor Internet access in garage, and even worse, poor lighting, making it nearly impossible to enter my credit card, license tag and other information to the phone to pay. And when I encountered a problem -- my keys got locked up somewhere else so I could not take care home, there was literally no phone number for help available ANYWHERE. This is NE First St. Washington DC lot.

I was charged $20.50 for less than one…
I was charged $20.50 for less than one hour when the posted signs states the parking fee at $12.50 for one hour or less. When I changed the time (as a test) to 45 minutes, the charge was still $20.50. I was scammed by the opportunity.

Beware: Hosts ads to fraudulent sites
Was redirected by an ad to a different site without noticing. Entered payment information — turns out the site was a scam. Luckily, my cc company caught the charge, but I still had to cancel my credit card.
