It was easy to get parking permit via online application. When I got there, the entry point was blocked and forced me to wait almost 10 minutes. Once it cleared, all procedures were handled smoothly. I believe there was staffing shortage causing wait time in both entry and exit.

Very convenient to MSKCC-Rockefeller Outpatient Center.

Just as advertised, space was waiting for me and at the price as stated. Saved a lot of money and had great service. Highly recommend.

One of the worst experience . After buying online they charged me a $15 more. I requested them to look in to it and they told me they are charging bcoz system is showing . One of the worst experience . This is a scam. I told the supervisor that I paid for oversized vehicle and showed them

We needed parking close to MSKCC on E.53rd St. We reserved a pre-paid space in advance on Parking.com for the 154 E.53rd St. garage. Everything went perfectly smoothe from checkin, valet parking and checkout. Fast, courteous service and extra help for our wheelchair bound relative. Excellent experience, plus a fair price for convenience. Will definitely use them again.

I showed up 10 minutes early and was told to come back at the assigned time. Circling around the east side of manhattan at noon is not easy. I wish you just would have said”come on in”.

Have used this parking garage a few times a week since my husband started treatment at MSKCC last month. Today was the first time we used the reservation system. They have always been pleasant, helpful and have compassion for the many patients using this garage. My only recommendation would be to offer a discount to cancer patients instead of only those arriving before 9am or making a reservation.

we prepaid online for a parking space and i presented my receipt with confo # to the attendant, everything was fine till i went to pick up my car. a different attendant would not give me my car as he said i owed him an additional $15.00 for my car due to it being an SUV. Nowhere on my receipt did it entail additional costs for the SUV. He told me i had to call to resolve the issue but of course its a weekend night and no one was available so i had to pay the additional expense as he refused to give me my car. i would have parked closer to my destination as it ended up costing me the same amount to use any other gargae. What a rip off and of course i got no satisfaction from the Parking.com

I paid $54 for a reservation from 11:15am u til 11:45pm. I got there 30 minutes early and left after 2 hours but they charged me an additional $15 for being 30 minutes early even though I only wS there 2 hours. $69 for 2 hours is a rip off.

The site was easy to use to book my space. I was running late for my check in time, so I called and there was no problem for my late arrival. I had a positive experience and would recommend both the site and garage.
