Easily accessible parking and pay options. Assuming Sat is busier you can only pay 1 set time but it was easy to pay for extra time through txt without having to leave the establishment I was at.

No rate chart listed. I did 2 hours for over $12 and then I as gonna be 5 minutes late so I went to add more time. $12 for 30 more minutes is ridiculous!!!

Money hungry, greedy, and unethical.
I immediately began the process of paying for my parking as soon as I exited my vehicle. I paid for 3 hours of parking, beginning at 1:08 pm and ending at 4:08 pm. I walked across the street to a restaurant and when I returned to my car, I had a $70 violation on my windshield with a time stamp of 1:10 pm. The only thing that makes this review a 2 star review instead of a 1 star review is that upon appealing my fine (with documentation, of course), the citation was voided.

Homeless people followed me to my car and were panhandling. Lot need supervision, doesn't feel safe.

Accessibility space
I have a wheelchair accessible van with a ramp that exit from the passenger side. There aren’t enough parking spots and room to exit. More opportunity to use this lot would be great given the cost of parking there.

Erroneous violation ticket
I received a violation ticket on my car for $70 after I had paid for my parking. I submitted the receipt on May 22 and have not heard back that it was cancelled yet.
