Misdirected information that was too costly.
The ticket meter said to enter. No ticket given. It was unusual to come Downtown. I had not used the parking garage before. The charge to get out was $71 dollars. It was an expensive lesson and one to never redo again. We were there two hours for a meeting. Also charged over two days parking.

App will not allow you to purchase parking spot unless you are next to it. Cannot type in address you want to park at.

False Advertising on entry/exit limitations
We reserved our parking online and the reservation email confirmation as well as the ticket that printed at the garage said to use the ticket to exit and use the ticket for reentry. There was no indication from Parking.com or the garage that it was a one entry/exit reservation and so when we left the garage and returned later in the day, we had no ticket and the QR code showed our reservation had been used. Other spot reservations very clearly state when booking that it is one entry/exit for that reservation. Also, the overnight cost we paid in addition was a much cheaper (weekend) rate, so I think we would have paid less by just paying the extended garage rate vs. reserving through parking.com.

Pay ahead stole my money
I wasn't able to receive my space I paid for and had to buy another parking pass on the day of. So I'm out $15
