Fantastic service and advice, Best fiver i've ever spent getting a £70 parking charge for overstaying in Tesco's carpark cancelled. Easy to use website and process. Kept informed with good advice and the letter they sent me to appeal was an instant success.. Would definitely recommend if you've had an unfair penalty charge.. Thank you..

Fantastic service
Fantastic service. Managed to successfully appeal a parking ticked thanks to Parking Mate who provided a detailed and professional letter along with comprehensive instructions in how to submit (including what info to supply and what to omit). The wording on the PCN leads you towards supplying info that's not legally required; thanks to Parking Mate's step by step instructions i avoided making that mistake. Would use again and happy to recommend to others.

Helped me win my POPLA appeal
Super helpful, changed some bits of the appeal with help from them and won in the end! POPLA decided to accept my appeal and beat the parking fine thieves. Would definitely use again if needs be.
