3 SPACES advertised but Park PNP keep letting renters book and currently 5 people trying to park in 3 spaces. No communication from them despite loads of messages through their own messaging service. Happy to take a cut and ignore customers

Parked in the city for the weekend and had a great experience. Super easy and zero hassle. My new go to.

Parkpnp is super convenient to pre book my space and just enjoy hassle free parking.

I saw a lot of negative reviews here so I had to write a positive one because my experience was top notch. Maybe they have done more work on the app but it was seamless from the registering the booking through to getting in and out of the carpark - its the best parking booking system I have used.

Shockingly poor.

Barely any of the listings are active. They take your money up front with no certainty the listing owner is even still active on the site, claim 100% response rate for those who never reply or approve, and then only return it long after, probably after losing money on the exchange rate.

Unusuable.

Terrible app. Can’t even list my phone number. Given up. Will try someone else.

Very bad. You think you have rented a park place and that they will pay you the 30 euro per month.
Instead they keep it themselves and inform me there is a problem with stripe payments and that is why they cannot pay me out.

Very bad. They take your money for two months and then tell there is a problem with stripe payments to pay out. Customer service cannot be called. Wish I good deactivate the account but even that is a problem.

No customer support what so ever. They take your money in a flash and that is it.No confirmation email and I am still waiting even though my holiday is over. All I had for parking at the Clarion hotel was a screenshot on my phone as transaction proof.

Booked a space in Dublin for the rugby match today - the space was approved got there no answer from the lister - checked the eircode and address doesn’t exist. Scammed no chance of an answer from support. Steer clear please all.

THIS IS A SCAM! We booked Valet Parking for WTC Amsterdam, paid in advance, and received our confirmation. We were running late and called the number that was provided in the booking - that's when we realized that we had been robbed. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. We want our money back and will take legal action.

Terrible experience. Booked space in QPark Four Courts Dublin. Got there and car park closed! Refund refused. Shocking and unacceptable business practice

My advise is to stay a million miles away from this site. I booked a parking space For a week in Dublin. They took the payment instantly from my account. No one got in touch with me. 3 hours after I was supposed to be parked, I was still without a space. After multiple emails and a call to the only number on their site, which is a disconnected number, 5-6 hours had past and I eventually got a refund. They wasted my entire day.
