First of all, their time management was truly impressive. I sent an inquiry and within just a few hours Kate came over to discuss the details in person. The project was completed exactly within the agreed timeframe. Everything was done very carefully: all surfaces were properly covered and protected from paint, and the team cleaned up thoroughly after the work was done.

During the process, we decided to increase the scope of the project, and the team was very flexible and accommodating. Communication was excellent throughout. The team was always responsive, easy to reach, and very understanding of our situation.

They also left us a touch-up kit and promised support for up to a year, which we really appreciate. We would happily recommend Kate and the Parrotones team and will absolutely work with them again for any future renovation projects.

Kate is the most thorough and organized general contractor we have worked with. Her attention to details and willingness to figure out solutions quickly makes her very effective.

The company remodeled our condominium in 3 weeks, as promised, and almost on budget :)

This is my second time working with Parrotones 🙂 They did kitchen cabinet staining. The cabinets were old, with lots of scratches, etc. Kate helped me choose the stain and top. She explained everything and showed me examples. The guys turned my old kitchen into a completely new, stylish, and elegant one. I am very happy with the result!
