I ordered 2 coats and a jumper one coat didn’t turn up and the other was basically a dressing gown and nothing like the picture and the same with the jumper. I have sent the garments back and I keep getting the same reply after 3/4 days if not longer that they are processing it.
How do I get my money back I don’t have the money to waste on this and it was nearly £100.
DO NOT order from here. It’s a scam. You will receive items but nothing you thought. And returning is nearing impossible and requires you to contact your bank.
Do not purchase anything from this website, its a total scam. I bought 2 coats and a jacket and they look nothing like the photos, both in style and quality. They make cheap rubbish copies of the clothes in the photos. When I tried to return the items they made it really difficult. I didn't bother returning them as I didn't want to waste more money on postage when I knew there was no way I would get my money back! items are in the bin and Im out of pocket by almost £100!
