I just want to say a massive thank you to partnership training specially to my tutor Sonia. Sonia supported me massively throughout my training In completing my residential children and young people families practitioner Level 4 Apprenticeship. Im diagnosed with dyslexia and the support and help I got to overcome my learning difficulties was amazing. I’m forever grateful for the opportunities I have gained since gaining my certificate. Truly life changing
As an adult learner with a full time job and being a single parent the prospect of furthering my education was daunting. How would I fit it in and complete work to a good standard. Thankfully my tutor Lisa Cooper helped support me in a flexible way and encouraged me every step of the way. Not only did she work around my scheduled priorities but she offered invaluable guidance on deeper knowledge of subject matter. Through her professional, yet compassionate approach, I have become much more confident about my role at work and even started to believe in myself more in general. Lisa, you will never truly understand how your unswerving belief in me and my abilities has positively impacted my life. You are a truly amazing tutor and I can not recommend you highly enough. I did my level 5 in Leader in adult…
I did my level 5 in Leader in adult care apprenticeship standard 2023/2024 I think it was and I have to say Raquel and Lisa were amazing with all the help they provided. They both made me feel comfortable when chatting and supported me through my modules to keep me on track.
I did a mixture of written and spoken modules and found they would adapt things to suit my needs.
Raquel was my main tutor and I have to say the support was top notch! Thanks guys 🤩

Helen Ash worth was an amazing tutor…
Helen Ash worth was an amazing tutor from start to finish. Helen explained in detail how to work towards my final assessment by making our sessions fun and encouraging me to keep going. I now have my certificate to confirm my knowledge and skills required for my position and got a ' distinction ' thanks to Helens brilliant tuition and friendly support.

Best Tutor!
Although I found the course quite repetitive in parts, I was supported massively by my tutor, Helen Ashworth. She was absolutely fantastic throughout the course, always there when I needed support, always guided me and got the most out of me. Helen was caring in her teaching approach and really knowledgeable. Helen made the course as enjoyable and as easy as possible for me- she is a credit to the company. If I was to do another course, I would want Helen as a tutor.

Trainers are amazing
My trainer Lisa was unreal, an amazing person with alot of patience and time which inevitably led me to getting my level 3. Ive always daunted on doing these things but Lisa made it fun made it engaging and made it feel possible to do, I truly believe if I had j different trainer the outcome would of been different. Lisa gave me the confidence to focus learn and understand more in depth information, than ever before. Which has then led me onto becoming a service manager and now getting ready for my level 5 Arguably the best trainer and training provider

Teaching by Mark Harris
My tutor, Mark, has been great with helping me build confidence and knowledge for completing my level 3 course.
He is always patient and able to give me advice and support where needed. Despite being professional, he is also down to earth and puts me at ease when doing the sessions.
He always takes into consideration my learning style and my preferences, and is able to notice when I am struggling or stressed.

Im new on this journey doing my level 4 cyp&family practitioner my tutor is boss.
Friendly,knowledgeable and is really good at her job I feel supported and that with her there to help it feels less daunting trying to complete it.
I dont feel alone and she approachable which for me is really Important.
Doing the sessions not feeling patronised or daft so yup 5 starts from me 👍🏾
