Ordered a custom shirt and it was great - fabric, print, packaging, delivery. Will definitely order again and can recommend KULT.

Sadly had a terrible experience with Kult, and it took two years and a lot of me chasing and messaging to get my item.

This is now the second time I've bought from the brand and both times have been very delayed (the first time was 6 months but I thought it might have been a one off).

I appreciate the brand is run by one person, but when that is used to try and guilt the customers to feel bad, when I had been waiting 2 years for my tshirt, it's not good enough.

I messaged several times via email and instagram asking for my item, then gave up hope and asked for a refund, which I was refused. I was told the order was being processed so couldn't get any money back, despite hearing nothing for over 18 months. Then when I finally received a notification from Evri saying they were expecting my item, it took another few months for the parcel to actually be sent out from Kult.

Customer service was largely unhelpful, often passive aggressive and at times quite patronising too. I did receive a message after my parcel finally arrived to check in, but this was more damage control than anything else.

Would advise people not to shop here, unless you want a lot of stress and struggle just trying to get your items or your own money back.

Top quality custom pieces of clothing handmade with fantastic customer service and in general a lovely one man band business. You wont find this level of customer care and service anywhere else and at such reasonable prices.

Beaut experience shopping here. Was a customer probably about 8 years ago and have had those few tops in my rotation forever until they literally fell apart from how much I wore them (thats a good thing haha) and decided to look the business up again after not shopping for anything on their site for ages.

I bought several different tees in diff styles/colours and they are all amazing quality. Never seen anything like them for the price tbh, they remind me of what Jack Wills tshirts used to be like before they changed them to bad quality. Very happy with how things turned out after not shopping with Kult for a while and pleased with my top notch stuff

I had a great experience with my purchase. All the t-shirts were exactly what I had imagined/seen on the website. The sizing was bigger than I would go for normal but I’ve been wearing them all as tucked in summer outfits with denim shorts. Would happily shop here again and likely will soon. Kult has helped me on a number of projects now over the last couple of years and I have nothing but praise for Sam. The quality of his products are excellent, his design work is flawless and his patience is that of a saint. Kult is now my go-to design agency for garments and general graphic design work! Thank you, Sam - you are so talented! :)

This place makes my new favourite in tees. Everything about the cut, feel, look, the way they hang (on me personally) makes me very happy. The cost is great and the attention to detail is second to none. Seriously. I only wish they did more blank/basic tees for going out to more formal places.

The t shirt is lovely and I am very pleased with my order. Didn't have any contact with customer services as no issues or need to get in contact. Email notifications came through as expected and delivery was quick for something that is made on-demand. If/when I order again, I will adjust the size down as large was a bit too big on me as I prefer slim fitting t shirts

Lovely little embroidery/label kit arrived on Wednesday. I made the order for my sister as she is starting to get into arts and crafts stuff and kept going on about this brand's labels. Very pleased with my purchase.

Really amazing quality and stitching! I’ve had a lot of issues with ordering from other countries, especially with delivery and customs, but I’m so thankful I’m able to write a positive review for this little brand. The stitching on my new tees is really something and the labels are SO well done. I’ve ordered stuff in the past the came and looked nothing like it did in the photo, so I’m buzzing that everything is exactly as I had imagined it would be. I am 1000% buying more! Thanks Samuel!

my order arrived this morning and everything is perf! the fit and how they feel is exactly what i was expecting. the label on my warm hug tshirt is soo cute and i can't wait to give the matching one i got to my bf i know he'll love it to. my experience was really positive and i would buy again :) x

Bought a couple of tops and they arrived fairly fast. Had an issue with the sizing on one so had to return but got a refund the same day I sent the parcel back so all good!!

First of all, I’ve been a fan of this brands’ stuff for years but never actually managed to secure any for myself because the things I wanted were always sold out when I had the chance to purchase them. I can safely say after placing my first order and receiving the service I did, I will DEFINITELY be back for more as soon as I can. The fabric on my tees is very soft and they fit way better than I expected for a boxy tee and being climate neutral and eco-friendly is just a big plus in my book!

Purchased a tshirt, took 6 months to arrive after I chased a few times. Happy with the product, but a long wait.

i love everything i got. delivery was quite fast (4 days from my ordering) and everything fits like i expected. no problems whatsoever :)
