Excellent company,always with fair and cheap prices and quality products that you can not go wrong with.

Price was a fare price but just a shame it needed a 50%discount to get that price.
And a least it was in stock

I ordered parts through my local parts store. They use parts for all cars and now i will be looking for a new parts supplier due to terrible experience!.

1) I was sent the wrong parts
2) My local supplier cant help as they have nothing to do with parts for all cars
3) Its impossible to speak to anyone at parts for all cars over the phone!, It just goes to the answer machine every time!
4) I actually have to speak to parts for all cars to get a return authorization
5) now i have to wait for them to email me before i can try to get my return authorisation and get my money back.

Thankfully they did email me and arranged for me to drop the parts of with my local parts shop and then they will refund me

I have been trying to return an item for nearly two weeks, four emails and still no reply the phone number goes straight to your answer message, local branch won’t take it...what am I supposed to do? Very very poor I would NOT recommend.

Awful customer service, they don't stick to there word with regards to when there sending a product. They provide no tracking details. I've still not received the item i ordered almost two weeks ago. You also cannot get through to this lot on the phone. They've cost me money, as my cars been stuck in the garage an extra week, tossers.

Cowboys. Don't trust. Bought what I assumed to be correct parts from them - turns out their website is wrong and I have had to buy parts last minute direct from garage. PartsForAllCars refusing to take blame for their error. No response/difficult customer service. When i do get through, very poor product knowledge Wish I never used them and will stick to ECP.

I was sent incorrect parts and now am having difficulty returning them.

What a great find, I was looking for service parts for our cars as my usual supplier let me down, so glad I found PartsForAllCars.com, introductory price on my first order (50%) and super fast delivery, packaged well and all present and correct as per my order, all parts were available online that I needed and ordering was a breeze. Already saved in my favourites and willl use again.

they sent me brake discs to another car, even with registration they cannot match the parts, do not recommend this company, no one answers the phone either

All was delivered quickly and safely. The items were all good quality brands parts etc.

I ordered online several parts to service my car and with the added discount code, the total price was very reasonable. I wanted to use the 'click and collect' service so I could locally collect the parts the next day. Unfortunately I failed to administer the 'click and collect' so the parts defaulted to be delivered within 2 to 3 working days. This was no good for me. I phoned Partsforallcars.com several times but only got an answering machine. I emailed twice, and got replies immediately, however they said there was nothing they could do once the order was placed.
Disappointed, I looked at the company reviews - It was not good and I'd already paid for the order.
Later in the evening, I got a text with parts ETA for tomorrow.
PLEASED TO SAY the order arrived next day.

Never answer the phone,returned items a week ago not heard anything from them no reply to email,ordered parts with reg 2 items to choose from one cheap other expensive so order cheap one only for then to be wrong parts so had to pay £9 return postage ,lesson learnt.

I thought I was buying a set of Valve stem oil seals but I only got one. Obviously I didn't read it correctly but I wish they'd made it clearer in the catalogue.

Good luck at trying to get hold of them .. the number on website is incorrect and chat always offline
