das war Dezember 2025 und wir haben heute März 2026 und ich hab weder das Geld zurück erstattet bekomme noch eine Rückmeldung von denen noch irgendetwas.leute passt auf das sind Betrüger.bloß nichts bestellen

Die Qualität der Ware ist schlecht
Die Qualität der Ware ist schlecht. Die goldene Farbe wirkt dermaßen billig und die Glieder des Armbandes erinnern an eine Kette an der Türsicherung. Eine Bestellnummer scheint nicht zu existieren, was die Rücksendung massiv erschwert. Statt auf das ursprüngliche Zahlungsmittel, in meinem Fall die Kreditkarte, zurück zu überweisen, werden Handynummer und IBAN verlangt. Mit diesen Daten lässt sich mühelos Schindluder betreiben. Es entsteht ein absolut unseriöses Gefühl. Telefonisch existiert kein Support. Nach meiner Einschätzung würde ich sagen: „ Finger weg!“

Der Kundenservice dieses Online-Shops ist aus meiner Sicht mangelhaft. Auf konkrete Fragen wird nur mit standardisierten E-Mails geantwortet, die inhaltlich überhaupt nicht auf das Anliegen eingehen.Auch die Lieferzeiten sind unzuverlässig und deutlich länger als angekündigt. Positiv ist lediglich, dass die Ware liebevoll verpackt war.Allerdings sind die regulären Preise, sofern es sich nicht um Aktionsangebote handelt, eindeutig überzogen und stehen in keinem fairen Verhältnis zu Leistung und Service. Unter diesen Umständen kann ich den Shop leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

I orderd a Panerai strap on the April 4th as a birthday present for my friend and i even mailed them asking how long it would take so i knew if i should be getting it on time or if i needed to buy something else so i didn't come without a gift, and ive heard NOTHING, and it has not changed in its status. Now its the 15th and ive mailed them ONE MORE TIME since I've not heard back from them and im getting tired of lazy people that doesn't take any of their work seriously. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE! Pay the extra small amount and get it from Amazon instead. Quicker, easier and less hassle, and then you can get better help too.

Worst experience ever
One of the worst customer experiences so far. Product arrived straight from AliExpress and did not fit the specified watch. Refused to refund the product despite being a $5 AliExpress copy and required me to pay for return shipping to receive a refund. Kind customer service agent but overall horrible purchase experience.
