Had to order the part twice, the first ordered never got fulfilled by their Supplier. They were very good at following up when I requested updates, I wish they would have been more proactive though ... The second time I ordered after a few months, the part was delivered in no time.

Not ready to throw the blame at them, the part I was looking for was nowhere to be found ....

Only 1 star because I can’t do 0. Website photo of product did not match what they sent. After many telephone calls I returned the product (at my cost). It’s 5 weeks since they received the part and I cannot get anyone to make a decision on the return. I keep calling, sometimes they tell me a manager will call me back, sometimes they need all the information again, I keep getting promises of a return call but they never do. They have my money and they have the part.
Stay away from this company! Do not buy from them!

My gas stove's bottom metal plate warped and broke over the years. Had to replace it at same time as my ignitor. Did lots of research and found a compatible product was available on parts of canada website at a good price. Never ordered from them before but gave it a try. Ordered it on Saturday and part arrived on Tuesday via purolator. Glad to say it fit perfectly. Very good service, price and customer service. Thank you, you saved me from having to buy a new stove :) ps: my wife is happy as well

It went smoothly. Package was delivered on time and the item represented exactly what I paid for. Using YouTube, I was able to replace the fridge ice maker without issue. Ice production is back and functioning accordingly.

I always need discontinued parts for my clothes dryer, and I've not been able to find them anywhere else! Not for this price and not from Canada anyway. The parts are not OEM, probably because OEM stopped making them 10+ years ago. The parts I have were good quality and fit properly. I will definitely buy from here again.

This company had parts for my microwave oven that were difficult to find elsewhere. I didn't trust the quality I was getting from 3rd party suppliers on Amazon.
