I’m really happy to say that I passed my course first time!
The course material was excellent — clear, well organised and very easy to learn and understand. Everything was explained in a simple and straightforward way, which made studying much easier and gave me confidence going into the exam.
I’m very pleased with my experience and would definitely recommend this course to anyone preparing for the same exam.

I had an amazing experience. Laura was very patient, she explained the session really well. I then had an opportunity to answer some exam style questions. I was then given the opportunity to exam some question regarding the exam I have booked in October.

having a one to one lesson was very helpful, the answers were explained in detail and I would definitely recommend

I would highly recommend Pass Functional Skills as an organisation whether you are a parent or learner.
My son completed the Level 2 English Functional Skills qualification with them.
Booking the exam was straight forward via the website but I had several queries while my son was preparing for the exam. I did use the chat function, and on one occasion when I had done this over a weekend I received a telephone call from a member of staff on the Monday to check if I needed any more help.
My son had to take the writing part of the assessment 4 times, which for me as a parent was worrying. The staff at Pass Function Skills were extremely supportive, explaining the options including alternatives and possible next steps if he didn't pass again. As his place at college hinged on passing the exam, this advice was really helpful for us a family to look at the options available.
We only purchased the exams through Pass Functional Skills as we bought the course through a different provider. We decided to change to Pass Functional Skills to do the exams because of the availability of dates and exam boards. Even though we hadn't nought the course through them, there was a lot of information including pass papers to help with revision. The information was easy to find on the website.
The invigilators were great too. They were patient and explained what needed to be done to have everything set up correctly for the exam to meet the requirements. I think this is very important to put the learner at ease before and during the exam.

Accessing the functional skills exams was easy and straightforward. They provided clear instructions and a really good mock exam system, with really helpful feedback, to practise leading up to the exams. I would recommend this to anyone that needs the additional qualifications but may have other commitments. I was able to revise and study at my own pace. I took the reading and writing exams at a time it suited me and all exams were straight forward to carry out.

I've chosen to do GCSE maths in my gap year in order to achieve a better grade for University applications & passlearn have been amazing so far and the private 1:1 support session with Laura has also been productive and very useful :) Would recommend!

I was having issues with payment while on the phone to Jack , where he remained extremely kind and patient, explaining different methods of payment and scheduling call backs at the open hours of my choice if I ever needed time to figure it out. Very nice experience with Jack overall.
