I had a fantastic trip to Germany thanks to Kima. Everything was well-organized - from the hotel to transportation. Her quick responses and attention to detail made the whole experience stress free. I highly recommend Kima for anyone planning to travel.

I made contact with Passport Poppin as an inquiry. My travel specialist was very professional when scheduling our initial consult. She was very down to earth and was able to walk me through the process. She bared with me although I had expressed not really being a planner and really relying on their support for this Surprise trip for my wife. The process has been smooth thus far and I’m excited to be writing another review post the trip.

5-Day Vacation Review in Cartagena

First time in Tulum, and I had so much fun. The schedule was well planned, and I never felt the need to rush. It was a very relaxing trip.I don't think I could've had a better travel agent than Nakeba. She was very welcoming and thoughtful. 10/10 experience. The added bonus of having an itinerary to review before the trip was amazing. I knew what to expect from the places we visited. The scheduled itinerary was just enough to have fun and to relax. The level of expertise Nakeba displayed is unmatched in a travel agent. Nakeba provided due dates and made sure to send reminders. Before we checked into the hotel Nakeba reminded us to ask about the promotions included in our bookings. To experience this type of care from a travel agent is something new. She has become my personal travel agent and I share her information with everyone. Passport Poppin is the way to go.

This past trip with Nakeba as my agent was extremely copacetic. I got to spent with with my best friends and my chosen family. And I'm fortunate to have chosen the right group to travel with.

The only gripe I had, was with the resort. Said resort was unfortunately lacking at-in located emergency services.

I've stayed at other resorts where the on staff medical team was fully equipped and eager to help in any way possible. This was not the case.

I pray no one else goes through what we went through but for those with allergies, make sure to bring antihistamines and an Epi-Pen.

The apt confined food outside my allergies was Chef's Kiss.

The service was great. Music was good. And the resort and it's vicinity had plenty of things to do.

***Note to future travelers, there are families at the resort so be mindful if that if you're looking for an adult only resort.***

My experience with Passport Poppin was more than exceptional!! As someone who hasn’t traveled a lot, especially out of the county, Nakeba made the whole process easy and efficient! I began planning for this trip late April/early May. The only thing I was stressing about was picking out my outfits 3 days before my trip to Cancun! Nakeba did a fantastic job from the time we left Chicago to the day we came back home! The resort that she recommended was a 10/10, the excursion pick ups & drop offs were on point, and the trip was just filled with liquor and excitement. I was skeptical at first to us a travel agent. I normally take care of all my reservations myself but was so busy at home and work I needed help with putting everything together.
