Would be 0 stars if I could. I IMMEDIATELY tried to chat & call customer service after submitting order, both of which went unanswered. I emailed a couple hours later requesting to cancel order. They said order was already fully processed & so therefore I could not cancel order. Definitely an unnecessary service - I mistakenly thought the site was the government form filler. This site instead likely gathers personal information & then charges you much more $$ than going directly with government services.

Had a question regarding my application and my email was responded to within minutes of me sending it. My question was answered to my satisfaction. Fantastic customer service.

Site is very misleading. It doesn't tell you until you pay that it only allows you to fill oput form online. You still have to send it in and pay $130 for passport. If you use lagit site application is free.

Scam company with non-working phone service. They collect all the personal information including SSN and want to charge you $109 for filling a form (making it easy) to save you maybe 5 mins. And they have posted fake reviews of 4.85/5 on Trustpilot. Check it out yourself. Not trustworthy at all.

Do not use this company! All they do is fill out the paperwork, and you have to go to get your photo and mail everything in. They make it seem like you can do everything from home, and you can not!

If there was a negative 5, that would be the score. This company comes up when doing a google search for 'passport renewal'. Without realizing it (as their information is not forthcoming), you will be prompted to pay $109 for them to review your application. That is NOT the passport renewal fee! When there are no changes and you are simply renewing an application, there is no need for their services, but you won't know that until you print out and read the paperwork. You then need to mail in the printed application with photo and pay the $160 for the actual passport.
