Hi - Does anyone have any idea why Passto services are suspended? They are not contactable and went ghost suddenly

I am having hard time trusting PassTo
I am having hard time trusting PassTo. When all other transfer apps does the transfer within 24hours, PassTo take ages to complete the transaction. I had initiated a transfer yesterday and now it’s been more than 24hrs and the transaction status is still in progress. Can’t rely on them for emergency transfers. I have no clue what takes them so long to transfer when other money transfer apps does the same job in minutes.

I love PassTo because they provide Easy transfer option, Super fast service and always the best exchange rate with low transfer fee. Occasionally you get transfer fee waiver as well which is great!

Seriously how crap the app and support…
Seriously how crap the app and support people - really not helpful at all and very arrogant. Play lots of tricks when transferring- they say they lock the rate for 24hrs never belive them - they will cancel and make it expire so that it not be good rate and the app is complete waste not very good. they are not quick as other transfer company like remitly which are really instant and money will be recived here they take ages to send the money and sometime they say will give cash back just for advert but they will remove it.

Definitely dont do transfer via this one , i will not trust these guys - definitely not trusted after the call with you and i want to delete my account pls do it.
