Very good customer service.
Order arrived in good time and was pleased with the quality. Puppy loves the lick mats but sadly could not get her to wear the towel coat and had to return it. Customer Service responded quickly to request for refund with some suggestions on how to coax her into the robe but still no luck so have returned for a refund.

Hi Sharon,
We're delighted that you're pleased with the quality of our coats and the swift delivery service. Providing high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience is something we continuously strive for.
While it's disheartening to hear that you encountered difficulties getting your puppy to wear the coat, we want to assure you that such instances are rare in our experience. We haven't encountered this issue before, but we understand that every dog is unique and may react differently to various stimuli. Please accept our sincere apologies that, in this instance, it wasn't possible for you to get the coat on your puppy.
Thank you once again for your feedback and for choosing us. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you again in the future.
Warm Regards,
Pastel Pooch Team
Absolutely incredible robes
The robes are perfect! I am so impressed with the high quality materials and they swaddle the dogs so perfectly I really can understand the anxiety reducing purpose! Can’t wait to put them to the test in the summer as cooling robes! Plus no more damp dog fur all over the leather sofas haha! The perfect all rounder!! I ordered 3 personalised robes and they have been made, dispatched and delivered incredibly quickly! Thank you so much!

My girls absolutely love their drying…
My girls absolutely love their drying robes.
They don’t usually like anything on them
For long but they both were more than happy to stay in them until we drove home
From the beach. If it’s a win with them it definitely a win with me. Lovely to wash, feels so cwtchy I could wear it myself.

Hi Sharon,
We sincerely appreciate your wonderful review! Hearing that your dogs enjoyed wearing our drying coats is heart-warming to hear. Comfort was our top priority when designing them, so it's incredibly rewarding to know that they found our coats so snug.
It's always lovely to hear that even dogs who are typically averse to wearing clothing end up cosying up in our coats thanks to their softness. Your feedback means a lot to us and reinforces our dedication to creating products that dogs and their owners love.
Thank you once again for sharing your experience with us 💖

Really happy with the lilac drying robe…
Really happy with the lilac drying robe I purchased for my cockapoo. It’s lovely and soft and feels good quality. And she really suits the colour! I went with a large so it was a bit more spacious and that was the right size. Would order from them again. 🐶

Phenomenal
10/10! I am absolutely thrilled with the robe I just purchased! I had it embroidered with my dogs name for that extra special touch. The quality of this item is absolutely phenomenal, it’s so soft and cosy my dog gets very wiggly when I put it on him! Also, I found the size guide on their website so helpful in ensuring I got the right fit for my Labrador. I absolutely adore this robe (and so does my boy!), I can’t recommend it enough - in fact two of my friends have already decided to get one after seeing mine! Thank you so much for such a brilliant product!

Love the robes. This is the second I have purchased. The colours are beautiful. So fab to put this on pup after bath and she can sit and chill in it while drying off. No more rolling around the floor to dry!

The best drying robe we’ve had!
We absolutely love our pastel pooch boutique robe! Our pup is always soaking or muddy when we come in from a walk so these have been a life saver so she’s not locked in the kitchen! They can also be used after bath time to make pup more snuggled and cosy - and also dry quicker! Amazing material, so fluffy and a perfect fit we wouldn’t be without it now. They also wash amazing. Can you make one in human size please :)

Game changer today
Game changer today. Having two retrievers who love a muddy field walk has been a nightmare after with trying to get them dry with numerous towels. The washing has been endless but today after drying them down and then putting on the drying robe has been amazing xx I’ll be definitely purchasing some more. Definitely a great purchase xx
