Good experience first time order good quick service product came and looks great exactly what I wanted will be using again

This company is incredibly welcoming and supportive. I purchase all my horse feed and supplements here, and even if something isn't available, they promptly special order it for me. Their selection is impressive, and their prices are quite affordable.

Order placed on 25/11/25, having waited patiently for 5 days with no delivery, I called Pasturetec to follow up and get a tracking number. Despite numerous emails and calls, I didn't receive the tracking number, so I called around to the usual couriers and found that my parcel was sitting with M&H Carriers, I then went and collected it myself on 04/12/25 as I needed it urgently. Very poor attitude to customer service, I was told that after the parcel left their premises, delivery was 'nothing to do with them', despite the fact that I paid £18 for a tiny parcel to not be delivered...

Ordered a round feeder off them and on the website it said 9to 14 days delay. That time came and went So I kept ringing to keep getting fobbed off . After 5 weeks I cancelled my order and went elsewhere

Bought a fence from the website. It wasn't very good. Contacted to refund within 14 days and got every barrier under the sun thrown up, and constant warnings that it has to be resellable as new in order to get refunded (ie unused). This is not the case under distance selling rules but they just plod on regardless. One to avoid in future.

I bought some Perf boots and Milford socks, coming up to a year ago.
The boots are really great. Still water proof and comfortable. They are light weight, didn't think they would last they are the best I've ever had in the last 20 years. Going to order another pair.
The Milford socks is always the best, may be a bit more expensive than others but the last.

Bought a few pairs of shorts, they were so comfortable, easy to wash. Only one pair became defective, I enquired about the stitching, I was asked to provide photos, which I did and they sent a new pair, no quibble! Absolutely brilliant merchandise and customer service/care.

This is the first time we have used Pasturetec for an Order and found it very good.

I buy bags of salt for my cows and sheep. Very fast delivery. I've never had any problems

Friendly staff always carry the bags of horse food to the car.
If they don’t have what you need they will order it in and have it for next time.
