I ordered the "tracking wallet" from Patimont specifically because the website clearly stated it included an Apple AirTag. However, when the package arrived, it was just a cheap, simple wallet with no AirTag inside. This is blatantly false advertising.

To make matters worse, the wallet itself is of extremely poor quality—it feels cheaply made and is not worth the price I paid. I have tried contacting their customer service multiple times via email to resolve these issues, but I have yet to receive any response whatsoever.

It seems I am not alone in this experience. Other reviews indicate that Patimont is known for selling overpriced, low-quality products and offering non-existent customer support. I strongly advise others to stay away and save their money.

I ordered a keychain & wallet on Dec 4, 2025, never received the keychain nor any correspondence that it would ever come. I tried to return the wallet on Dec 31, 2025, but no one would respond to my emails with return information until January 25th, 2026. After I returned the wallet, Patimont kept the wallet and did not refund my money for the wallet nor the keychain that I never received. I emailed five more times with no answer from this company. I strongly advise anyone looking at this company to heed my experience and not order from Patimont based on my experience and opinion. Horrible. Cheap quality wallets and poor customer service. They claim these are leather but they're definitely a cheap plastic based product. Also, customer service won't respond to my return requests.

I wouldn’t even give it a 1 rating bcuz in the end they’re going to rip you off!! Reporting to BBB. All I wanted was to exchange for different color but they stopped communicating with me after a few emails back & forth. 😖SCAM‼️

Ordered wallet in August 2025. Was emailed a shipping notice but product was never shipped. Reached out 3 times with no response. By December 2025 I initiated a chargeback on my credit card. AVOID, this place is 100% a scam.

Avoid this company. Terrible product. Cheap, thin and plastic looking wallet.
They also make it so hard to return their products, you just end up throwing it in the rubbish bin. Products look good on their website but are poor quality.
Go to bell roy instead.

Update: The wallet arrived Jan. 11. It has a very cheap, plastic feel. Not very good quality. The “company” did respond in a timely manner for the return. Their address is a warehouse for a window company in Chicago. The phone number is for New York. To return it from Canada cost 30.00. 15.00 here and 15.00 on US side with tariff changes at my expense. They do not refund shipping costs.

I placed an order November 28, 2025. It is now January 9, 2026. I have contacted the company 3 times since January 1 with no response. They only have an email, no other contact info. Their contact form will not submit even after filling it out manually. I tried both autofill and manual for info. filling. I have put a cancellation on my VISA. I do not recommend using this company or site at all.
