Ordered a dress which took ages to…

Ordered a dress which took ages to arrive but looked nothing like the one online. Although it was much more expensive it was the same cheap material as those sold by Chinese outlets on line. Would never buy from them again neither would I recommend them.

Alas I too should have read reviews before going by visual. The 2 dresses I ordered for myself like the last reviewer reported was delayed “for quality review”. Absolute rubbish and if reviewed for quality was pointless the whole dress lacked any form of quality. Paterson of London promote 100% refund if not satisfied. Definitely reported it to Paterson who want photos of labels on dresses. That is a laugh as no labels no sizes nothing / no I tell a lie I am thanked on a postage stamp card and promised 15% of my next order. As if!
Annoyed and conned. No more online purchases from me, keep our high streets alive. Face to face and actual shops. Judith

Great experience

Recently ordered Chef and Sommelier Lazzo cutlery from this company and I have to say that overall the experience was excellent. I ordered my cutlery on Saturday and received my products by Monday morning. I was a little apprehensive after reading some of the reviews but my order was packed well, fantastic quality and would definitely order from Patterson’s again. What would have made this a 5-star experience for me would have been if I had received a dispatch email to let me know that my order was on its way.

Appalling Service

I have had the misfortune of being a Pattersons customer since launching my sole trader business earlier in the year. I am genuinely flummoxed how poor and unprofessional the business is and how they are still in business. You can't make it and the list of issues I have experienced in a relatively short amount of time is too long to share on here. I've requested that their MD contacts me to further discuss so I can relay first-hand my experience.

misleading website

went to pattersons winterstoke to buy items,was told not available by a male sales person on the 10th, I went home ordered online told to collect in an hour,went there on the 11th and was told my order is not available after I paid online,I'm very disappointed. customer service bad.

Wrong product, misleading website image, resisted refund

The product advertised on the website wasn't delivered, it was another product from the same company. So I requested a return and the item was collected. I heard nothing for 2 weeks, so sent an email mistakenly quoting another courier company than that used by Pattersons. They said they had no knowledge of the return. After another couple of weeks, I found the collection receipt and saw that the return had been signed for by Pattersons soon after the collection. The company claimed that the misidentification of the collection courier meant they hadn't been able to identify the return. I have now had the refund, but wouldn't have without my finding the collection receipt. The website still shows the product that isn't what they send.

Big company with crook skills. AVOID.

As a company we purchase items that appears as "in stock" with next day deliver, paid for, and for the money we get an invoice and the message that the stock in reality is 0-zero and..."We will ensure this item is ordered and dispatched to you as soon as possible". Eight days later we are still begging for a refund...which might be issued "asap" as well. AVOID.

Appalling customer service don’t waste your time!

Ordered items after contacting Pattersons which where apparently told in stock. Days later after delivery date nothing?! Contacted Pattersons customer service who offered no explanation why or an apology why I was told they where in stock and where my item is. Never again all round appalling service from start to finish.

NO PACK ARRIVED AND NO HELP FROM PATTERSONS

My daughter ordered a kitchen pack from this company to be delivered to her uni accommodation, no pack arrived. After back and forth phone calls between this company and the courier {parcel force} nothing has been done as they are both blaming each other.
Crap customer service from Patterson’s. Dont use.
The uni accommodation said that they used to use this company but stopped. That says it all.
