Debbie was clear and helpful, incredibly quick to respond and proactive in getting answers from the sellers. Debbie made the process of buying a house so much easier and stress free – especially considering the horror stories that we’ve heard from friends with their solicitors.

There were no surprises in the pricing. The quote wasn’t the cheapest we’d received but it wasn’t the most expensive either. Given the quality of support we had from Debbie, I would say it was very good value.
