Easy to use app and great customer service from agents

A great app my credit score has improved so much just in the space of a few months of using pave so worth it.

Pave has helped my credit increase massively very affordable and honest company and also don't pressure you they have also honored a payment as I missed it by mistake ...alls I say is hats of this brill company and the team

It was such a pleasure to chat with Karter yesterday,who not only answered my questions perfectly, but also followed up with some truly kind words, empathy and encouragement for me. In this day and age this is invaluable in my opinion! With so many apps and all other forms of online interactions being mostly digital and managed automatically by computer, a really friendly human interaction is wonderful especially in the aftermath of the pandemic. Thanks so much again! For anyone seeking to strengthen and improve their credit history I highly recommend this app because these folks really do take the full picture into account. Plus, it's sadly becoming rarer to witness people complimented properly nowadays. I therefore hope this makes a difference to the Team at Pave 😊

They are really helpful to build and improve you credit score

My credit score went up 29 points this month using Pave. I love how my consistent monthly payments are sent the credit agencies which positively affects my score.

I was dubious at first, having not seen much initial progress. However, Pave's communication is excellent! They talked me through the process and politely realigned my expectations, carefully explaining that if I did what they said, what would happen and when. Six months down the line I now have a good credit score, and value their service sincerely. Great value for money, and great people!

Pave clearly set out the benefits of using their product, the app is really easy to use, the benefits are fantastic for your credit rating, and I believe they represent brilliant value for money. Therefore, I have no problem giving them a 5* review

I’ve recently been talking to one of Transunion customer service called joe but he was so nice and helped me understand clearly about my transunion files.

The app is pointless and a bit of a scam, it clearly states that by paying the extra fee for the plus membership for £9, I get a credit line to help pay bills on time if I am short, but this did not happen. So you do not get help to pay bills, they just say that to get you to sign up and pay more. Luckily I noticed inside 14 days so I cancelled for free and got a refund. When I asked support, they just claimed that the bill has to be eligable, it was a water bill, so not a chance they will help with any other bills is there.
EDIT: Pave are now trying to get my review removed, just like any poor company would. Sadly Pave, I screenshot a lot of our convo's. This review shall remain.

Great customer service from Joe today, very quick response from start to the end.
Very helpful , would def recommend using them.
Very happy with Pave.

Have been using Pave now for a few months, today I needed to query something with them, sent over a WhatsApp message and Joe replied in a few minutes and within about 10 minutes all was sorted. Nothing drastic, just my credit file with TransU was not syncing with the app, all sorted now.
