Just received though Trustpilot that you are sending my trainers today having surprisingly arriving overnight if you can believe that.
But no mention of the compensation I was promised.
Last night I received a email to say out of stock still due for dispatch on 22/08/2024 although they were advertised on their website for immediate delivery so it’s very difficult to trust this company if they are ever telling the truth

Ordered 2 pair's of shoes, first pair I opened a yellow stain on the white shoe and the second pair I opened were an odd pair of shoes in the box, very disappointed, plus it's costing me money to send back

I was very pleased with the attention and expert assistance i received from.assistant Trudy on Sat 3/08/24 also.on returning to store in Blanchardstown I received the same care & expert advice from member of staff Lucinda? Staff like these give Pavers the good name

I recently purchased sandals online from Pavers.ie in their sale. They were great value and fitted perfectly. I was surprised when they were delivered so promptly through An Post. I will be a return customer.

Went to Pavers Taverham to look for particular shoes. However they weren’t practical and Olivia quickly offered alternatives and once she established what ‘I’ really wanted she was able to find the best shoes for me. So after going to look at some shoes I ended up buying a pair of shoes just right for me.
Nice to find a helpful and committed person with patience and good humour. I know where my shoes are coming from in the future!

Called at the outlet in Tingley garden centre for the 1st time. Lovely, friendly young lady helped me find some sandals I had seen on line. Purchased made as they are so comfortable. Will be back.

I needed to return a pair of sandals. It was so easy, dropped them off at my nearest shop and my refund is on the way. Happy days.

Ordered shoes got email to say they were dispatched then just got a refund with no explanation

Ordered shoes two weeks ago and asked for refund as I never received my goods. I have been refused a refund as they say they were shipped but tracking as not moved in over a week.

STAY CLEAR !! I will never purchase from Pavers again.

They had exactly what I was looking for, the assistants were very helpful. I purchased a pair of Skechers Slip ins, perfect for my needs. Great value for money.

Ordered shoes two weeks back, after prolonged wait received email that they can’t find the shoes and refund will be provided. Paid in total €49.99, but refund was issued for €40.50! After emailing them back for the difference- no answer received! Had to claim through Revolut claims to sort the issue and they did it in 20min.
After all the hassle the Pavers Ireland site still has the same shoes showing 3 available (same size as I have ordered)
Would not trust online shop of Pavers again….

There was a very large selection in my size and I tried a variety of styles as I have had to wear a heel lift and am struggling to find a comfortable fit. I was offered assistance twice but preferred to take my time.

I purchased shoes, waited 2 weeks for delivery. No emails or correspondence from pavers. I received an email advising I will receive my refund soon. I have emailed Pacers on 3 different occasions with no response, today on my 4th attempt I was informed they refused me as I was fraudulent!!!. I had purchased products before but I have never been accused of fraud before

Ordered some sandals and was sent two left feet. Customer Services were not at all helpful. Obviously I had to go to the effort of returning the sandals.

Would have expected an automatic replacement containing one left and one right shoe. But I didn’t receive a replacement pair. When I queried this I was told it was my fault for not requesting a replacement. But I had requested a replacement both online and on the paper order which I returned with the sandals to Pavers.

Then I was told that the sandals were out of stock. Terrible customer service. Very disappointed. Will take my business elsewhere in future.

Received order in a timely manner but very disappointed with the quality of the shoes. After just a few weeks of wear (wearing mainly indoors and not every day) the sole is already lifting and showing signs of wear that I would not expect at this stage. Even at the side there is signs pf parting from the sole to the upper. Would not have expected this at this early stage.
