You went the extra mile, my size in boots wasn’t available but u searched your stores until my size was located

Went to Boundry Mill Walsall. We were lucky enough to be served once again by Gurmit who we find very helpful, friendly and professional. She went out of her way to find the shoes I wanted which were not on show, so Gurmit knew where she could find them in stockroom. I eventually came away with 2 pairs of shoes, and husband one pair. I do hope that her employers realise what an asset she is to them.. Thank you again Gurmit. From Sandra Heitzman.

who served both myself and my friend went out of her way to find what we were looking for. very pleasant experience thankyou Gurmit.

Went to the Pavers store at the newly refurbished Findon Garden Centre Worthing specifically to purchase some quality slippers. We arrived early and the two staff gave us their full attention. They knew the items they were offering and gave good advice and information. I found exactly what was wanted and am very happy.

Good price good products, would definitely buy from them again

I was quite disappointed with the attitude of the shop assistant in Pavers Leeds this morning,
After the window display showed Sale, and shoes and boots at discounted rates.
I asked about a pair of boots that were showing £12.99, he said no, I’m working on it.
Then he went to the window and moved the sales tags away from the items.
He said the tag on the side of the boots said £44.99( hidden between the two boots)
I said this was misleading and I would contact trading standards.
But I checked and it is not lawful, but bad practice by Pavers to display pricing while setting a window display.
Sorry to say, I will be looking elsewhere where for footwear in future!!

Sue was extremely helpful went above and beyond. I ended up buying a pair of boots.
My hubby bought himself a pair of boots. Also me a pair of boots with a matching bag.
Sue advised us to have the coating sprayed on them to make them water proof. Lisa exsplained the process of water proofing. What a lovely pair of ladies.

Terrible customer service. Havent received my order and no reply from many emails and phonecalls

I cannot Thank Leigh @Ramsgate Garden Centre Pavers branch enough for helping my Mum. She tried on quite a few pairs of boots in a few different colours, but Leigh was so very patient and nothing was too much trouble for her. In fact all the staff were all very lovely there. Mum did indeed find her perfect boots and slippers. Thanks for all your help :)

Purchased two pair of dress boots for myself and one pair of dress boots for my grandson last year. Good quality comfortable and good price. Bought another pair of dress boots and a pair of shoes two weeks ago. Same as last time good quality comfortable and good price. Staff in shop were superb. Will buy my shoes from pavers again.

Highly recommend for foot wear
While shopping with my aunt we asked for some assistance and Julie came over to help with my decision making she was brilliant and listened to all the questions she also recommended insoles to help with my feet as I wear steel toe cap boots all day but once I put these on they felt great thank you Julie and the team at Lincoln pavers at pennells will definitely call again

Excellent help from Lisa at the Pavers store in Weavering Maidstone

ike the comfort of Rieker and to date this year between my husband and myself have bought five pairs of shoes so bought a pair of ankle boots two weeks ago costing £79.99. Wore them outside in the rain and my feet were soaking wet. Took them back to the shop only to be informed that they were not waterproof. Why would you pay £79.99 for a pair of boots which can't be worn in winter conditions? looked up Rieker advice and they confirm that their boots are not waterproof. Had I been advised of this I would not have bought them. They have just lost a regular customer.

I visited the st Enoch centre store on Tuesday the 2nd of December I was approached by a dark haired lady her name was Jane and asked for help I explained what I wanted and she didn’t seem at all interested and spent time looking around her. Once she had given me the shoes and I tried them on she was trying to sell me shoe care and told me what good it would do and did I need a hand bag I felt as though I was being pressured into buying these items so I bought the shoes and left the store. I would not visit the store again as she made me feel very uncomfortable

Mary at High Legh Garden Centre was so helpful and kind dealing with my 93 year old mother. She successfully located the shoes mum wanted in the right size, despite the system saying none were available, and helped her get them on and off. Brilliant service, thank you so much.
And the shoes are good too.....

I have been a customer in Pavers Blancharstown for many years and in all that time I have got great value and wonderful service.I work in a school which participates in Team Hope Christmas Shoebox. Every year the Blancharstown staff keep the empty boxes for me -and in a very busy store they are exceptionally helpful - courteous and supportive of this project.This year our school has sent 307 boxes to children in eastern Europe and Africa - all the empty boxes from Pavers Blanchardstown- thanks to all staff.

A lady called Gurmit in the Walsall Pavers located in Boundary Mills was very helpful and friendly. She came up to me to see if I needed help. I wanted a boot in a different size to the one on the shop floor so she checked on her tablet and found a pair in West Bromwich, and offered to give me the phone number if I wanted to give them a call. She directed me to the website as well in case I wanted to order online.

Awfull service. Returned my order but never received the refund.
