Paving the Way Opiniones

Mark, Lisa, Carl, Ellis, Reese and Finn were amazing. I'll start with them first. They were all very polite and personable and extremely easy to deal with. You can tell that they have been taught well how to interact with customers and nothing is too much trouble. The communication from Mark and Lisa throughout the project was excellent. They were helpful, informative and really collaborative. When things needed tweaking on the project, they listened and involved us in the thought process and made sure that problems were worked through properly. Again, nothing was too much trouble.
The whole team are down to earth, yet professional at all times and they maintained a good sense of humour and fun 😁 even when the weather was miserable.

Now, the quality of work is absolutely fantastic. The sheer amount of hard work that goes into these projects is amazing. The detail that goes in to each section of the project is excellent. From the refined and elegant look of our patio area, to the construction of walls, steps and planters, along with the install of electrics and lighting everything looks perfect, high quality and is built to last!

The outcome they have achieved is just brilliant and they have improved our quality of life for years to come and we can't thank them enough for this.

They do not simply turn up and do some landscaping. They improve people's lives and they do it in a way that is super friendly, helpful, expert-like, professional and well humoured.

We would highly recommend them for their personal touch and the sheer quality of their work.

Thank you guys! Its been a blast!

Mark, Lisa and team have just taken our garden back to a blank canvas and created an amazing space which meets the exact design we gave to them.

We cannot rate them highly enough. Communication is excellent from the first visit, including multiple design visits prior to starting the job and daily goals shared each morning. Workmanship is fantastic and they go the extra mile to ensure the job is done right where others may cut corners to make the job easier/quicker. They bring lots of ideas and advice to the table and also finished the job in time for a family bbq we had planned, working extra to make sure it was done which we massively appreciated.

On top of all that they do what they can for the community and we’re able to donate our old fence to a new home which is good to see. Good people to work with.

We would highly recommend that anyone looking to create a new space outdoors contact Pavetheway.

Excellent service wud highly recommend

We absolutely love our new garden, it is better than we ever thought it could be and it has made living in our house even better as we can now enjoy a fantastic outdoor space. Mark and Lisa’s experience, knowledge and attention to detail meant that they were able to transform our very sloped new build garden into a flat garden featuring 2 patio areas, a lawn and a beautiful raised bed. The team were brilliant, they were organised, protected our driveway and allowed our toddler to sit on their digger - he’d also give them 5 stars! Most impressively they worked through the last heatwave, when schools were closing and people were struggling they were outside laying turf and shovelling soil! We were well informed for every step of the project. If we ever move in the future and need another garden doing we would choose them without hesitation, I can’t imagine anyone else would live up to the extremely high standards set by them. We are so glad that our neighbours chose them to do their garden, and then recommended them to us!!

We had a complete garden transformation done by Lisa , Mark and the team .
The workmanship was outstanding with the attention to detail was faultless.
We are absolutely thrilled with our new garden space .
Mark and Lisa Were professional from start to finish and gave us lots of great ideas.
We also had a pergola fitted which has enhanced the garden for an all year round space to use.
I would highly recommend Paving the way for excellent service and our neighbour has just had her garden done .
A big thank you to all the team for an excellent job.

Can't praise Mark, Lisa & their team enough for their hard work in replacing my old flags around my conservatory & outside my back door creating a beautiful & a more useful space. My family have all been round to inspect the work & all declared it stunning

Lisa, Mark and the team are friendly, polite, hardworking and full of great design ideas. They worked with me to tie into an existing pergola and work I was doing in the rest of the garden to produce an amazing outdoor space we can enjoy for years to come. Their electrician ensured I have sockets for outdoor lighting, heating, and the barbecue. I can’t wait for the good weather to return.
Mark had an injury when they were here and the weather was in the thirties which led to a couple of delays and misunderstandings early on, however all was resolved and we are extremely happy with the end result. I just need to finish my bit now, using the left over stone they kindly left me.

Brilliant . Fantastic work and attention to detail kepts us knformed every step of the way fully recommend.

We have just had a new patio laid by PtW Landscapes LTD and we are thrilled with it. We got a few quotes and these came in at the best price and we also thought that we would have to wait a few months, but they were able to give us a date for a matter of weeks and fit around our busy schedule too, which was wonderful. They ripped up our old patio in an afternoon, cleaned it up and recycled it to another home, which we loved. Then they got stuck in and grafted. They covered our entire drive with plastic and boards to keep it clean, very impressed by this. They worked fast and hard but consistently kept their eye on the detail and quality, explaining the plan and process along the way.. The thought of everything, from water draining off, raising the level, as my garden is on a slope, drainage system around the edges, and raising a manhole and covering it perfectly. Their attention to detail and quality of work was impressive and the end result even more so. They even built a small retaining wall where the flower border ended, to stop the soil bleeding onto the patio when it rains or gets watered. Mark & Lisa offered up suggestions too, to make it perfect, stuff a none builder would have even thought about. We are so impressed. They are also a lovely tight family unit working together to deliver a class service and product. All the team were polite, there when they said they would be, kept us informed along the way and cleaned up each day and at the very end to present a beautiful patio for us. They even put my heavy planters back in place where I wanted them. I would recommend this company to everyone. Well done to all and thank you. Shelagh & Mark.

Had Lisa to come a revive my Garden after the winter, wow what a job first class and it looks amazing as if it has just been completed.

Paving the Way are a brilliant company and we would not hesitate to recommend them. Lovely friendly people to deal with. All the team are outstanding.

Paving the Way transformed our garden 2 years ago from a muddy flooded unusable space to a wonderful no maintenance garden that we spent a lot of time in . We had never looked back so it only made sense to call them back when we decided to replace our decked area that had seen better days . We had a vague idea of what we wanted with an option to add a pergola at a later date . Mark and Lisa advised and designed us an area that we could have only dreamed of .

Truely grateful

What can I say. The team at paving the way are everything you want. They turn up on time, the work hard, and the quality of work is second to none. Mark, Lisa, Carl and the lads are amazing to deal with, open and transparent with what they do and their costings. Mark won't rest until it is perfect they give great advice and suggestions. What a great company

Lisa, Mark and their team have just transformed our back garden, from a building site following the construction of an extension, into a beautiful new outside space. From start to finish they have been a real pleasure to work with. They had great ideas, many of which we hadn’t thought of, and had a fantastic work ethic, always turning up on time, and responding immediately to all texts and emails. They have a perfectionist streak, which is a great thing to have, as they were determined to give us a beautiful garden, and really worked hard to deliver it, often working in difficult, rainy weather.
Not only were they more impressive than other companies we contacted, they carried out the work for a very fair price, adding lots of value and ideas along the way.
I would thoroughly recommend Paving The Way to anyone needing landscaping and garden design, and would definitely use them for future projects. Outstanding work and lovely people.

Very professional job from start to finish, Mark said at the start he would exceed my expectations and transform my garden and boy they done just that, reliable and attention to detail was outstanding, nothing was too much trouble, very knowledgeable, garden has been transformed thanks very much Lisa,Mark and team would highly recommend 👏🙌

I could never find fault with these wonderful people. They are second to none! I have never met people like them. Well done Lisa, Mark and co., you deserve all the luck in the world. Thank you so much for all the help you have kindly given us.

Lisa and the Team were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble from start to finish. Their work is brilliant . Would highly recommend and would definitely use them again in the future.

We were recommended by my sister in law, at this point we already had other quotes and plans of works. Lisa and her team attended on time at quite late notice from ourselves. We discussed our plan and was given options and ideas that worked better than our thoughts. After agreeing the quote and schedule, lisas team turned up on time and cracked on. They where onsite for around 2 weeks, kept us updated throughout and evan gave recommendations as the project moved. The works was conpleted to a very high standard and nothing was ever to much trouble, all the team worked extremely hard , we couldnt of asked for a better service. This company deserve all the credit they get and more. We would onky ever recommend this business and if ever needed would only ever use. Please dont pass on this company, they are efficient, reliable and do what you require. SUPERB, thanks again all!
