Pavlus has been my go-to travel agency for nearly a decade, and they continue to exceed my expectations every single time. They consistently secure the best possible deals for my vacations—if I ever find a great price elsewhere, Pavlus always beats it. Their customer service is exceptional, and on the one occasion I had an issue, they resolved it within minutes. Truly, Pavlus is the best travel agency in the USA.

All of my interactions with Pavlus have been extremely positive. They have a large team that is able to assist with any of my travel questions. Whether it is booking a cruise, a safari, hotels, airfare, group bookings or answering any of my travel related questions, they are there in a timely manner. We've booked our Viking cruises through Pavlus since 2015 and have used them exclusively since then. The service is professional, personal and thorough. Whenever we encountered an unexpected issue Victoria Hill or other support staff were quick to resolve any problems. We have recommended Pavlus to friends and family and many have also used Pavlus for their bookings. We've done many river, ocean and expedition cruises.

I just returned from my first Tauck river cruise (Danube). The cruise, air fare and pre-and post-cruise hotel stays were all arranged by Pavlus. The entire trip was flawless thanks to the planning by Pavlus and their relationship to Tauck. Luke Marshall and his team did an amazing job for me. I will always use Pavlus in the future for vacation planning.

Odyssey Tours small group experience was very well organized with outstanding guides in every city; the overall guide stayed with us the whole trip going out of her way to make our trip a success. The bus drivers were fantastic!! The hotels were 4 and 5 star gems with excellent meals provided.

We like to travel with Tauck, but have gone with Viking and Insight. Whatever we decide, Pavlus is just great to deal with. They respond quickly to questions, offer good advice, make sure we get good deals, and are good at arranging flights---oh, and giving rebates and money for referrals.

Our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. We were kept busy at all stops. We saw beautiful scenery and had an excellent time.

Impossible to communicate with. Our agent was only an order taker. No follow through. Messages left with customer service never returned. Multiple phone calls were necessary to get routing number for our final cruise payment. Air department never returned our calls or messages. By necessity we had to book our own flights. We have now paid for the most expensive trip of our lives with no follow up or advice.
