We are happy to now have an agent, Fia, who is responsive and knowledgeable.

We've been traveling for more than 50 years and Pavlus is the best travel company we've ever used. The agent we always use, Lauren Riesenberger, is always prompt, provides very useful information and is a delight to work with. The Air Department has been incredibly helpful when we've needed them. And the perks that we receive directly from Pavlus are just an added bonus.

We like to use Pavlus. We especially love to work with Lauren Riesenberger as our travel planner. She is very knowing about all the travel we are interested in. She shares with us her travel experience when we are interested in similar trips she has done. Answers all our questions in a timely fashion and easy to work with.

We have used Pavlus as our travel agents for about six years upon recommendation from a neighbor. Since the beginning, their agents have been extremely personable, knowledgeable, and patient. We have just returned from 2 back to back Viking Ocean cruises, Barcelona to Bergen and Bergen to Stockholm. We continue to be very pleased with Pavlus and Victoria Hill, our Personal Travel Planner whom we started with in 2016. We have booked numerous Viking river and ocean cruises over the years and have always been pleased with the attention to detail, courtesy, and helpfulness. In addition to Victoria, we have had good encounters with Pavlus’s Air Department. We also appreciate the extra perks that Pavlus offers such as onboard credit and reduced fares. We have referred many people over the years to Victoria and all have been very pleased.

10 of us wanted to travel together. Three DIFFERENT flight itineraries were assigned to us. The idea was for the 10 of us to travel TOGETHER.
Pavlus only uses the largest airports for travel. I would have booked the airport 10 minutes from my home that had the same airline flight for the same cost!

No one books entry into the USA through Newark. It is the Hell hole on earth.

Pavlus never told us we had to buy our seats on the airplanes, (An additional $160).
As a result, we were in the very last row on all 5 of our flights. Other travel agencies put their customers in preferred seating closer to the front.
Pavlus took 5 days to get back to me to book our river cruise. As a result, the other 4 couples got the Silver alcohol package. We did not?
Neither Pavlus representative knew what our 6-digit airline confirmation number was to check in.
They also didn't know which website United or Lufthansa for me to use to check in.

Our Marriott number was not credited the points for our stay.
Our United airlines' frequent flyer was not credited our miles that we flew.

After all was said and done, our travels would have been much more affordable and easier if we went through Viking directly.
The 3rd party, Pavlus, only added frustration to our travels.
