Pavlus travel provides excellent service. We have booked several cruises with them. Our travel advisor is Lee Alvarez. She is very knowledgeable. She gives good service and her prices are very good. Lee is an amazing travel consultant. Looking forward to booking more trips in 2025.

Every encounter we have had with Pavlus has been superb. Our TA is wonderful and always gets back to us in a timely manner and is able to answer all our questions. I have recommended Pavlus to our friends.

Our travel agent Jamie is awesome. Anything we ask her to book gets done that day. You always know what Pavlus will give you back depending on which cruise line you pick. It is usually reduced fare or on board credit but sometimes it is a refund check. Their Guest Relations department is also great at making all kinds of arrangements for travel, dining, insurance, etc.

Staff are so polite and helpful. I have dealt with Rose for a number of years and she always delivers. Their rebate program is amazing and especially great for Canadians as it help offset some of the exchange costs.

We have used Pavlus and Victoria Hill for booking our Viking cruises over the last 8-9 years and have exceptional service from them. No matter who we have dealt with whether it was Victoria or the Air department, we have always have courteous, respectful and honest conversations. We have referred many people to Pavlus over the years and all have been very pleased. Wouldn’t think of going elsewhere.

Our agent, Tracey at Pavlus was responsive to all our questions. Even though we frequently change travel plans she handles them all quickly. We're glad to have an agency like Pavlus to help with our all travel plans. We've saved a lot of money since changing our bookings to Pavlus

Quick response time matters to me. Competitive pricing as well. On our most recent voyage that finished November 23, 2024, because of our last minute booking, we did not get the best times for our excursions. Not the fault of Pavlus but given my conversations with others on the ship, an upgrade would have been in order. Would I book with Pavlus again— sure because everything else was ok

Thank you Pavlus for our wonderful experience on the Princess Cruise to the Mexican Riviera (Nov 16-23) this year. It was perfect beginning to travel again. Let it be known that our Travel Planner Dianne Kincaid has been fantastic in helping us travel through the years as she helps us plan all of the trips from beginning to end. Also we must not forget the wonderful team work of Guest Relations and Air for their attention to matters that we sometimes overlook!.
