Pawfy - your ordering system is NOT clear, if it was, then how come are all the complaints about the same issue? Who in their right mind subscribes to save a few quid when they don’t know if a product will work for their dog, even without knowing how difficult you make it to cancel? And your lack of email confirmation about orders & subscription set ups rather underlines the fact that there’s a lack of transparency in how you operate. If you truly believe in your products you need to have a massive overhaul in procedures and also, don’t claim to respond within 24 hours if you don’t have the infrastructure to do this. Let’s hope this does get resolved to my satisfaction.

Wish I’d read the reviews before ordering! Seems I’d inadvertently signed up for a subscription which I don’t want as the product doesn’t actually work for my dog.
Decent companies that offer subscriptions send a courtesy email ahead of time to let you know a subscription is due and giving you the chance to bring forward/delay/cancel but I had nothing from Pawfy, not even an email to let me know I’d apparently subscribed.
Today I got a message from Shop to say that another 2 tubs were on the way at a cost of £55 and they’ve not yet responded to my email telling them I don’t want the items. Unfortunately it’s too late to cancel the payment with my bank given the lack of notice. Logging into their site is difficult and you have to ask for a code which they email to you - that’s the only email I’ve ever had from them!
I’ll be disputing with my bank if they don’t get in touch with me as it seems scam like. Avoid this company!
23 Feb 2026 - Edited to add that after 4 days I’ve still not heard from Pawfy and I’ve now realised that I definitely didn’t sign up for a subscription. I ordered 2 tubs on special offer as that was supposedly enough to determine whether it worked or not. I wouldn’t sign up for a subscription without knowing if it was worthwhile. Just shows how you doubt yourself when companies operate like this! There are even comments on their Instagram account complaining which I’ve just added to, as I feel it’s important to highlight issues wherever they’re being promoted - in fact I got suckered in by advertising on Instagram!
My bank are now dealing with this and were interested in the fact that I’d had no correspondence from Pawfy at all except the automated code when I wanted to access their website. Also, Pawfy claim to respond to customer queries within 24 hours which hasn’t happened.
Honestly, avoid like the plague unless you like the product and are happy for them to take unauthorised funds from your bank indefinitely. It’s operated on a ‘continuous payment authority’ (CPA) which means (in most cases) that only your bank is able to cancel future payments, which mine has now done.
Also Pawfy, I’d like the promised refund if the product doesn’t work within 60 days as it’s done nothing for my dog. Can’t wait to hear from you to arrange this 🙄 My order number is #5626
