ABSOLUTE SCAM
Purchased coat which arrived but was way to small after having followed their size guidelines. Was told if I paid an additional $15 on the order, I would be sent a replacement one. I paid the extra $15 and to date 3 months later have still not received the replacement coat. Contacted Paul - Customer Service agent at least 6 times in the 3 months only to continue to get a generic email saying there is a genuine issue with the shipping company. Have request a tracking ticket several times, with no response. Have requested a credit of the $15 but again emails are completely ignored. SAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

SCAMMERS
SCAM SCAM….They are using stolen pictures from an instagram influencer I follow. They are using her little girl as advertisement and getting people to order from them. Kenzie Lunt as spoken out on Instagram and told people she does not buy from them and they have in fact used her daughters pictures and when she tried to contact them they blocked her. from what I understand they also stole outfit pictures from hard-working people trying to make a living

Scam company
Scam company. Purchased a Peter rabbit onesie for $30. After 6 weeks without any contact info and 2 unanswdred emails I submitted a dispute with PayPal. Company waited until last day of dispute to submit a tracking number. It was a Chinese shipping company that I had to search for and find, then manually check tracking number. Item arrived 2 weeks later. Received a $5 dollar amazon knockoff looking nothing like item ordered. PayPal denied claim bc of tracking number. Company never responded to email about delivery of wrong item. Completely a scam Chinese company. Buyer beware. Only reason I received anything was because of the dispute I submitted.
