My dog loves her bed. The materials are top quality. Customer service is great, the person you talk to is a real human and he knows the products inside out. I'd made a mistake on my first order, and while I couldn't return the item, Alex honoured the discount he had offered on my next purchase, without question, even though it was nearly 3 years later.

It was just after the black Friday sales and Pawpedics had completely sold out of the bed I had paid for. I didn't even have time to be disappointed because Alex was on to it straight away and offered me a few options. I chose a free upgrade and he tossed in a boucle outer cover, highlighting his commitment to customer service. Prompt delivery. Outstanding!

My girl, Frolic, a medium sized Newfie loves her large bed, it really is cooler than memory foam alone. Latex is the key. She can sprawl out and there's room for me too. Love the compact packaging too.

Love the new boucle covers for my doggies beds. They fit perfectly, look great and are very durable. Also, great communication about my order and delivery.

My large 1-year old greyhound loves his new pawpedics bed. I bought one big enough for him to stretch right out comfortably. He also likes to play with his toys on the bed. He doesn’t try to chew his pawpedic bed whereas I always have to stop him from chewing other types of pet beds. Pawpedic beds are great quality - I had one for my previous dog which she also loved. When she passed away, I donated the bed, still in perfect condition, to another happy hound.

We have two midi dachshunds (around 8kg each) happily sleeping on this bed. Both are 8 years old, one with arthritis, and the fact they can walk on/off this without needing effort was important to us. They look comfy and I like that I can wash the cover, I bought a backup to have while that dries. I hope that all the benefits of the structure help their little joints be as comfortable as they can be.

THIS IS A SCAM!! The address listed does not exist and the phone number is disconnected. They have not provided my product that I bought.

The bed is not as thick as it looks in the picture. Not really helpful for my boy. Would probably be great for smaller dog.

I bought a second bed for my dogs. Great bed, highly recommend for everyone. What I also love is because you can buy a spare cover for the beds, which makes easier when we need to wash them.

Terrible customer service. Going on almost 3 months and still waiting for my replacement cover (I made initial contact on 2 May 2024). I shouldn't have to chase this up. I encourage anyone who's had issues with them to make a report through ACCC. I was going to until they offered a replacement cover (which I'm still chasing up). If this does not occur then I'll go ahead with my report.

Delivery was hassle free; and the dogs love their new Goldilocks beds - not too hard, not too soft - their just right! Thank you.
